I hired this service to give my niece a surprise on her "quinceañera" this company advertise his service and drivers to be dressed accordingly which means not be wearing tennis shoes, levy's or sloppy clothes like it in our case HAPPENED!! I called this company stating my disfatisfaction about the way their driver looks and stead of offering an explanation or an apology the person answered (believed the owner) hunged-up on me saying "do what you have to do do" when I mentioned my review to his company intentions. One of the best party experiences ever! If I could give Jaye and his company more than 5 stars, I would! First off, Jaye was incredibly prompt and professional with his quote. His prices are SUPER competitive and substantially better than any others. He quoted us for a party bus but unfortunately he was already booked. Keep in mind we reached out to him on a weeks notice. But.... any other company would have just told us they were booked and that would be the end. Not Jaye! He went and jumped through hoops to get us an equivalent party bus with an affiliate vendor/company. He was available to us 24/7 and never stopped advocating for us. It took several tries and many companies, but he booked us a party bus! To top it off, he was able to have them honor the same rate that he had negotiated with us. Our party bus experience was wonderful and we owe it all to Jaye who went above and beyond. This speaks volumes as there was literally nothing in it for him monetarily because we used another companies party bus. But I can guarantee you that the next time we need another party bus or car service, we will be coming straight back to Jaye. I highly recommend him! Revised on 8/26/09 because the first one was out of annoyance. The bus was late picking us up at DnBs to get to Frisco due to some technical difficulty with the bus, which was said to us through phone. They were supposed to pick us up at 9 but came at 10. We didn't get into the first club for some unknown reason unbeknownst to me. Maybe we were late but that's what I remember hearing prior to this party. As for the second club, we got in but that's only because of someone's sister who knew someone at the club. Not only that the driver dropped us off no where near the club we had to walk down the hill to get to this club. Then the driver was late to picking us up from the club. We walked back up to the hill to only wait about an hour to an hour and half for the bus to come pick us up. Seriously, where was the bus and the driver. I was so ready to ask my friend to pick me up at the spot we were at. Finally the bus came and it didn't come get us where we were at so we had to walk back down the hill to get to this bus. Most of us were annoyed. You know how on the way home the ride is shorter well that was the opposite in this case. Not only was that sucky but the bathroom didn't work and think about the people that used the bathroom on the way to where we were supposed to go.... yes, the back part of the bus smelled like piss. Not an enjoyable ride back for people that were still awake and not passed out. So when we finally reached DnBs the owner's brother or whatever was there to talk about what happened. But I remember hearing a part of the conversation with the owner's brother and one of the birthday girls, to which he said that if we had waited longer we would have gotten in by them. Shouldn't that be handled earlier on prior to a party rather than during the party? Don't get me wrong, the interior design of the bus is cool. Stripper pole was awesome. We had fun with that pole. They have a flat screen too but I don't think you'll pay much attention to it anyway. You should create your own CD because I don't know what they will offer so do that to make your experience more enjoyable. It was great service with Jaye (affordability, response time, coordination etc.) until we actually got on the bus. 1. This particular bus (Krystal Bus) is in terrible shape. The shocks are out, so be prepared for a VERY bumpy ride. There was also a gap in between the rear panel and side panel of the bus, so there is a visible opening to the outside. The bus looks and feels like it's going to rip apart every bump you encounter. 2. The driver (different than Jaye) did not know how to turn on the AC in the main cabin (it was 80 degrees outside and probably the same inside), so one of our passengers had to take it upon himself to figure it out which I think is absurd. The AC controls were in the driver's cabin, so our passenger was half in the main cabin, half in the driver's cabin WHILE we were driving, and eventually figured it out. 3. The Bluetooth audio does not work, and the alternative is an AUX chord for the old iPhones, which no one in our group had...so be prepared for that. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY: The driver drove the complete wrong way, defying the route his GPS told him to go, and we ended up being late to the wedding because of this. 5. It says on the website this bus accommodates 20 people. We had 13 and think the bus is made for 15 people MAX (if you want everyone to have a seat). read more

We had booked a different company for a 20 person party bus for our wedding over 4 months in advance and the day before the wedding they tell us they can't eat the bus we reserved and would need I send two cars. This would have split up the wedding party and ruined the day. The morning of the wedding we contacted Primo and told them the situation and Jay was able to come through for us like no other. The whole experience with Primo says it all in the name. I highly recommend their services and definitely look forward to booking with Jaye again the future. I contacted Jaye through Yelp initially to get a quote of their services. I had messaged other companies as well but I felt that Jaye was most straight foreword with me and decided to give him a call to confirm some details and get the ball rolling. It was pretty easy to reach Jaye and get everything in order. He explained to me the different types of buses he offered and which would be the best fit for the event I had planned. Jaye also went over the different types of payment options and said that we could do anything I felt comfortable with. There was the option to pay over credit card over the phone, in person through the office, or through the invoice through paypal. I chose the 3rd option which went very smoothly. I paid the $250 through the invoice, got the receipt e-mailed to me, and then paid the final amount before the day of the event. Jaye was always available to answer any questions I had promptly and was very easy to talk to throughout all the planning! On the day of the event, our driver Demba called me about 30/40 minutes prior to event to check in and confirm our location of pick up so that he could be there early to make sure that everything turned out well. He was very polite, and so easy going throughout our wine tour. He showed us the bus which even had a little mp3 input so that we could control the music throughout the ride. There were even televisions available if you wanted to play some music videos or movies, which I now know for next time! I also got the chance to talk to Jaye who was nice enough to call in and check in before we all headed out to our wine journey. Once we were all loaded onto the bus, we had an smooth journey to our destination. Our bus comfortably fitted 20 people and there was room behind the seats to place food and our belongings. There was plenty or leg room so we felt comfortable, even with room for cases of wine on our way back. Parts of our ride didn't have much reception but Demba was so easy going and worked with our wineries to get us to our different destinations with an ol' fashioned Map. We always felt like we were in good hands, and I gave him the itinerary before we left and was so kind as to give us gentle reminders when it got close to the time of the next winery. He was beyond awesome, throughout all the festivities and made sure we got back on time. The event was a success thanks to Demba and Jaye and we couldn't be happier. Jaye checked up on us afterwards to make sure everything turned out a-ok! He definitely made sure we felt like we were in good hands the whole time, and took really good care of us. The bus was beautiful, as well as the service, we're all definitely thinking of making this a regular event in some way or another. Jaye was extremely pleasant to work with, and he even threw in a few bottles of champagne. The price was super awesome, and he was so fast and responsive to my many questions. The bus's Bluetooth did not work but luckily we had an aux cord-capable phone with us. There was also a bit of trouble trying to modify pick up time (driver's phone was broken so he also had to borrow someone's phone for directions). I have to say that I will never go through this company again. The driver was an hour late to begin. The light in the bathroom was not working. We we're promised pizza and did not recieve any food at all. It seemed like the driver and the owner were on different pages as far as what was promised. The bus was not very nice. The owner was very unprofessional and did not want to compromise in any sense at all. I know these are tough times but we held up our end of the bargain. I will steer anyone looking to rent a party bus away from these guys. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's not very cheap and you won't get what was promised. Me and my two girlfriends rented a partybus with these folks. None of us are the type to get really dressed up (we aren't scrubs, but we just don't take pleasure spending 8 hours putting our faces on and wearing 4 inch heels only to have sweated it all off come 11:30 and have our bunions complain all night) so we chose to go to club Icon. The bus ride up was cool. Our driver was on time which was good. He was also nice enough to let us stop once at a liquor store to "refuel" and another time to let us piss it all out. By the time we got to the club, we had pretty much trashed the bus. Like it looked like something from an episode of Hoarders on A&E. When we asked if we can leave our personal belongings on the bus, he said "Please put your stuff in the back, im picking up a Prom and taking them back home before I come back to get you" Uhmmm say what? There were half open liqour bottles and about 400 dixie cups just strewn all over the bus. I figured he was just gonna clean it before he picked the chitlins up. So we are at the club. wheeeee..... and right at 1:30, our driver comes to get us...on time again. yay. We step on the bus and it was just as thrashed as we left it. I feel bad for the prom group that had to get picked up in that shit hole of a bus. If that were me and my jr. prom date, ida been pissed. When we asked the driver where our pizza was (3 free pizzas were included in the cost of our bus ride) good ol Jermay the driver threw a fit because he didnt want to get us any, at which that time, one of our girls called Jaye. After some coaxing and arguing, we got 2 pizzas which wasnt enough for everyone on the bus. So overall, the night was fun...did it have anything to do with how great the bus was? no not really, that was more the people on the bus. But if you wanna throw a 5 Hamiltons, or 50 Washingtons, or half a Benjamin, or 10 Abes, or.... We hired this party bus for a company outing and it was almost an hour late with our group standing out in the cold waiting. Poor communication by the driver and company on when they would arrive. When it did arrive the bus did not look it feel clean. There was a mirror on the ceiling that was smeared with dirt, and was visibly greasy with lots of hand and finger prints. We had a big group so we asked to put 2 coolers in the trunk of the bus. It was REALLY nasty back there with a lot of junk and looked as though it had never been cleaned. The bus had been so late we arrived very late for our first event, had to skip the second event all together, didn't have time for the lunch we planned and had to modify every part of our plans for the day. All in all a very poor experience that added a lot of stress to what was supposed to be a fun outing. Pick a different company. I'm going to be honest and say that I'm not a party bus aficionado and this company is run by someone I know personally. My bff decided to rent one for her 25th and although there were some organizational issues during the planning stages the prices are right and the vehicles are of pretty fair quality. We rode in a pimpalicious stretch hummer from SJ to SF and were able to get into the recommended clubs for free. The driver made sure to always get to the door first and looked out for our safety. For instance, drunk girl runs over to the other limo door facing a busy street and driver nicely escorts her back to her safety. Guess who said girl was? I've been on 3 party buses that were from Primo Party Bus, two of which i planned. All 3 times i've had a blast but this review is for last Saturday's party bus experience that I had planned. My brother was celebrating his dirty 30 so I took charge in doing the party bus planning. I decided to go with Primo Party Bus again just because I was already familiar with their service and people. I sent a message through facebook on their business page asking for a quote and had gotten a quick response back. Jaye is the owner, hes nice and is very open to answering any questions you may have. They have a list of clubs on their website that you can choose from, not necessarily the best clubs but i figured if you're with 45-50 of your friends, you can have a blast anywhere. We arranged pick up location and was told the bus will come at 9pm. To my surprise the bus came at 9 on the dot. The buses are nice and was able to accommodate 50 people easily. Once we got to the club they let us out, somehow the bus driver said he counted 52 people and said that we had to pay an extra $60. It really pissed me off because we were given a flat rate on the party bus not for the number of people. I made sure that they recounted on the way back and we were able to fix the issue because i was positive we didn't have 52 people. The drivers and host were nice and even offered to take our group picture without us asking. Other than that minor mishap, it was a successful night and everyone had a great time. Another long waited review that i must post now! This company is extremely accommodating and i cannot thank jaye enough. Everyone was really professional with the planning and of course the driving. I don't remember our driver's name but she was a female and she was super funny and drove us safely to our event. Let's say i've encountered many issues due to the fact that for 1) it was super bowl weekend in the bay area so EVERYTHING was much more expensive and everyone was extremely busy(the bus jaye provided us was super affordable compared to all the other party buses i've called) 2) the event i went to on a Saturday was supposed to end at midnight but got switched to 10pm last minute therefore, i had to change everything with jaye two days prior(keep in mind that it's super bowl weekend in the bay and how busy he was) Jaye saved us through it ALL. I booked the beginning of the week not expecting much because i knew it was super bowl weekend and i knew i shouldn't expect a lot since everyone would've been booked by now. Jaye tried his best on figuring out situations with his bus drivers to squeeze us in. Of course in the most professional way. Everything was going well after the booking until the event we were going to changed their ending time earlier, 2 days before the event. I used a bus for my 23rd birthday, and the owner was nice enough to let me use the purple bus (which matched my dress) :-) I have referred many people to Primo Party Bus, and as a result my brother and many of my friends have used their services. Overall, all of my experiences have been awesome. the bus was on time, the driver was funny, professional, and very helpful. We were dropped off in front of the club each time, we got into the club we wanted, we had pizza at the end of the night, and a stripper pole. Jaye was helpful in the planning process and did his best to make sure that My experience and planning went smooth. He also called me the next day to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied with his services. I've been on PPB's buses about 5 times. I've used the party buses for birthdays and Halloween (I recommend having a Halloween party bus once in your life). If you plan to have a BIG party (20+) - keep in mind that people will get rowdy in the bus (all the drinking) and so I suggest pick wisely in who you invite (if you know someone doesn't get along with another person on the bus...ehhh...). Also make sure you let your guests know what the attire is...this is very important especially to get into the club. If someone isn't wearing appropriate attire OR if the whole group is super drunk...you guys may not get in - clubs have a choice to turn people away. This shouldn't be the party bus company's fault. I recently used a hummer limo for my wedding day (10/9/10) and it went so smoothly! I did not have to stress at all. The driver was super sweet and helped us in and out of the limo from the hotel to the ceremony and then to the reception (The Mountain Winery). A lot of the reviews state that their vehicle came late but I never experienced that (not even on my wedding day!) Even though PPB currently has 3 stars on yelp I suggest calling up PPB and speak to Jaye. You should at least get a quote! read more

I threw a surprise party for my fiance and I contacted Primo to rent a party bus. They ran out of buses cause I called at the very last minute. Jaye the owner made an effort to see what he had left for me on such short notice. They had a stretch Hummer available. Great! I snatched that up! I wanted the pick up time to be at 9pm....the driver Dayle came early at 8:30pm and was tremendously accommodating to me and my guests. The night went perfect....we had a terrific driver, a nice ride and went to a outstanding club per recommendation by the owner. The interior of the Hummer had all the right types of lighting. Very pleasant. I've called other party bus companies prior for last minute quotes and all there rates were way to expensive. Primo's rates were very competitive and service was amazing! Would use again. For sure. If you used their services in the past and weren't completely satisfied but are willing to try them again....maybe you should put in a request ahead of time for the driver name Dayle. We hired him for my girlfriend's wedding last year and I loved that he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Being a bridesmaid I had to take care of everything limo related and Jaye was patient with my constant questions. Everything went smooth that day as far as arrival and pick up ***I wish I could say the same about the wedding...LOL **** the the limo was superb and he arrived on time at the hotel. We booked Primo Party Bus for New Year's Eve and had an awesome time. This was my first time being on a party bus, much less hiring one, and the experience couldn't have been smoother. Booking process was smooth. Jaye responded to my many emails and texts promptly even over the Christmas break. Our driver Ken was on time, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire night. Firstly, I chose to go with Primo because our group had an unusual request. We wanted more than a transport service, we wanted the bus to drive around the city for 6 hours and literally have our party on the bus. Many other party bus services weren't able to provide this service. Also, Primo had the lowest cost out of 10+ vendors by a large margin. The bus we had was the Pearl I think. Very nice looking, with red and white interior leather seats. One big TV in the back and two smaller ones on each side in the front. Several small built-in coolers for champagne, ice and whatnot. Can hook up an iPod or iPhone (recommended). Mirrored ceilings. When the lights turn off, the disco lights turn on. One major drawback is that there is NO BATHROOM on the Pearl bus. It might not be a problem if you're just using the bus to get from A to B, but beware if you plan to stay on the bus for a long period of time on a busy city night. Overall it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend Primo to anyone looking for a good party bus experience. If I need to rent a party bus in the future, I'm coming back here. read more

We hired Primo Party bus for my son's 21st birthday. It was the perfect answer as Vegas is not only ridiculously expensive, but more of his friends could celebrate with him. Found Primo Party Bus on Craigslist. I was hesitant at first but called them anyway. I needed a bus for our reunion. I spoke to the owner Jaye Reinman and I found him to be very soft spoken, caring and flexible on the price (good looking too). Our Day trip to Monterey and Pebble Beach was so memorable and enjoyable because the bus'es seats were facing each other so we were able to interact with each other intimately. There were 22 of us. The bus was clean and our driver Ken/Kenny was on time, so sweet, so nice and caring, he followed all my instructions (no speeding, no sudden stops, no sudden turns), he even put all our food and drinks in the bus'es cooler when we left the bus to do our walking tour. He stopped for photo opportunities and kodak moments when requested. I highly recommend Primo Party Bus for reunions of any kind if you want a more intimate interaction while riding to your destinations. You will end up with friends for life. I decided to use Primo Party Bus for my boyfriend's 30 birthday after hearing about it through a friend. I have to say this was one of the best party bus experiences I've had. Now you know how stressful it is planning such an event especially with 30 people involved. Jaye was very professional and helpful during the planning of this event. Booked this for my boyfriend's birthday beer party bus tour for 6 hours on a Saturday. Got the Pearl like everyone else. Their price is UNBEATABLE. They were by far the cheapest out of the 10-15 limo/bus companies I contacted in the bay area. Jaye responded quickly to my message on Yelp and I paid a couple hours later. The bus came on time and our driver was Demba. He had solid communication. The party bus was clean and even came with ice and bottled water! What a nice surprise! It says that the bus can hold up to 30, but it was comfortable with 20 people. Having 30 people would definitely be a squeeze. The pearl party bus has a spot for a stripper pole (can see the pole holes on the bottom and top of car) but no pole :( Overall, I highly recommend booking with this company. Worst experience ever. We took a bus that was supposed to seat 20 people. It probably seated on the 12 to 15 some of us were standing up and others were sitting on each other's laps. That was not the worst part. The driver insisted we give him a tip before he even started the bus he would not help us with the music or the TV because we didn't give him a tip. We were told that the tip was included in the total amount. Nonetheless we started going we were approximately 20 minutes away from our destination and basically got the bus for the party experience. It took us forever to get any type of music on never work the TV. Also we paid for champagne that was never on the bus except there was about maybe 10 water bottles after speaking to the owner nothing was compensated for and all in all I have nothing good to say about this bus rental and will never recommend it to anyone. read more

Primo Party Bus was a huge disappointment. My buddy reserved a 20 passenger bus this past Saturday for a friend's bachelor party. For the uninitiated, the entire point of a party bus is to pay a flat fee prior to getting on board and that takes care of cover for all clubs as well as ensures everyone on board can sip libations of their choice sans-DUI. Flat fee. No hassle. In reality, Primo Party Bus didn't get us into any clubs, the driver had the personality of a brick, and the majority of the crew spent an additional $30pp to get into club #2 on top of their original $40pp buy-in. Primo Party Bus is a glorified taxi service. I've chartered a real bus before for a joint birthday between myself and a buddy. It picked us up on time from Santana Row and took us to SF and back. It seated 45, was clean, and had a spic-and-span bathroom in the back. There was a mic onboard so I could get my Russell Peters on and sing myself "Happy Birthday." #joking. A mic is handy in order to tell your inebriated guests where you're all going; that way if someone ends up walking home, you have plausible deniability. Drawing on this experience, here are the facts about Primo along with my heavily relevant opinion: Pros: The party bus was on time. This is actually huge. +1 star. The party bus did not cancel on us last minute. This is also huge. +1 star. Alcohol allowed on board. It's a party bus. +1 star. And now, it gets ugly. Grab a stainless steel fork, and stab a piece of comfort food while you digest the cons: Cons: Primo Party Bus has an unbelievably ancient list of clubs it is contracted with (fyi owner, "Dragon bar" no longer exists; it's called "Monroe." Time to update your site?) Looking at their site, you'd be ecstatic viewing the "wealth" of places they will take you, but you'd pretty much have to be blind/deaf to truly enjoy their "ambiance." The bachelor, as it happens, is deaf - and he definitely wasn't all smiles at the end of the night. -1 Driver personality (Jimmy) : non-existent and does not understand customer service. When we pulled up to club #1 (which we arranged separate of this "taxi service"), the driver was very hesitant to allow us to spend 5 minutes on board prior to entering the club b/c he was "parked in the red zone." Ok, hi. You're driving a bus. I'm pretty sure it's okay to park the bus in front of the club for 5 minutes as we all disembark/finish our drinks. It was 10:17pm. When asked what time he would come pick us up, the driver said he would only talk to the contract signer about that (who was already inside the club). I found the company on Yelp. I told my buddy to book it. I told the driver this fact. No comprende nada. At the end of the night, said driver was visibly irritated as we gathered the crew together so that we wouldn't have to deal with that plausible deniability thing I mentioned above. You couldn't ask this dude to stop off so that people could use the restroom or pick up food on the way. He had a mean scowl. An NYC cabbie from a developing nation with cuss words as his sole source of English vocabulary would have been *much* cooler -- and cost less. Call me crazy, but a party bus driver should be hospitable and full of smiles. -1 Equipment: So-so. The bus looks like an airport shuttle, but it is arranged as a limousine so it's fine. Refer to the first picture and you'll see the bus we took. The suspension is incredibly bouncy; you will spill drinks inevitably. Fill your cups halfway only. The driver drives like he's a bat out of hell. You're the only one on this racetrack though, buddy. No GPS on board. First thing the driver said to us as we boarded in Campbell was, "Does anyone know how to get there?" and he proceeded to punch in the address on Google maps on his iPhone. -1 Sound: Good bass. The stereo deck has the worst User Interface however. It was very difficult to figure out how to change tracks easily on the aftermarket POS. It's also BYOM; Bring Your Own Music -- that, or suffer through 2 hours of Wild 94.9's endlessly repetitive playlist. +1 for the bass. Girls can dance. Cups/ice: I believe the company provided them. Other companies provide this -- and free pizza. No pizza on this bus. It is nice to have ice and cups, though. +1 No "real" hookups with clubs. When you're bringing 20 people to a club, it's a promoter/owner's wet dream. That, too, if you approach them as a party bus company, they would have no problem giving you a nice little kickback for each group. In our case, all the guys who decided to go to club #2 ended up fending for themselves at the door and each dropped an additional $30 to get in because it was "past 12." -1 Overall, Primo Party Bus is a taxi service. You've got better options, Bay Area. I'll grant an extra +1 because no one drove drunk. Overall: 2 stars. read more

Dealing with this company has been a true disappointment. For my husband's 30th birthday I had planned a wine tasting trip and it was very easy to work with Jaye. Unfortunately, my husband's mother died suddenly and we had to cancel the trip as it was the same weekend as her death. When I asked to apply the deposit to another date, at first I was told I could. Once I solidified a date, I was told that I would have to pay another deposit. At this point I am fine losing $250, I would never want to work with a company that profits off of someones misfortune. read more

Ruined my wedding! We booked this company for transportation for all the guests to and from the wedding. They showed up an hour late and wouldn't leave until we paid them. The entire wedding was delayed because our guests were stranded with no transportation :( read more

Over the past 6 months I've been on 3 party buses, all with different companies. This was by far the worst. To begin, we requested that the bus pick us up from a different location other than the house of the person that booked the bus. We called the company 2 hours prior to pick-up to double-check and confirm that they had the right address. They did. At 9 p.m., we get a call from the driver and he is at the wrong house. The bus didn't get to the right location until half an hour later. So we finally get on the bus and start our drive to the city. The driver didn't go through any ground rules, which I thought was a little weird, but whatever. TEN MINUTES into our drive the guy pulls into a gas station, stop the bus and says "Hey I forgot. I need the cash right now before we can go anywhere." My friend who booked it says "I gave you all of my credit card information when I booked it" and the guy said "No. I need cash." It was not communicated to us on the up-front that we were going to have to produce over $700 in cash to the driver before he would take us anywhere and that paying with a credit card wasn't sufficient. So the guy takes us back to the house so that we can get enough cash to pay him. Needless to say, by the time we actually got on the road, it was about an hour later than expected. The actual bus was okay. There was a bathroom on-board, which was convenient. However there was no ice (we were told there would be or we would have brought our own) and the cd player kept skipping and restarting the cd. We arrive at the club, which we did get into without a cover charge. I had to ask when the bus was picking us up because the guy didn't say anything to us on the way off the bus. The busdriver picks us up at 2 a.m. from the club and guess what? NO PIZZA. We were told when we reserved the bus that there would be pizza on the bus when we returned and there was nothing. We asked the guy where the pizza was and he said if we wanted pizza we would have to pay him another $175 in cash for the overtime it would take him to go get the pizza. Are you frickin kidding me? Overall, we got screwed out of an hour, nothing that was promised was delivered and our busdriver was rude as hell. To add insult to injury, this crappy experience was more expensive per person than any other company I've used this year. There's no way I'll use this company again. read more

First of all they were more than one hour late he made us all wait in our cars until they came with a bus that didn't have a mechanical problem. Well I didn't see that bus ...... but this bus was a old delapitated fifthy dirty mess. It was raining and it was leaking rain inside the cab and the HVAC smelled like mildew. The driver when leaving us almost ran 6 of us over while backing up right into us ! I can not recommend this company to anyone. Unsafe condition poorly maintained vehicle this was a shockingly very dirty vehicle I don't think the floor had seen a broom or mop in a month. Beer caps on the floor left over dirty glasses etc...The Windows and ceiling were beyond a dirty mess too. Suspension was awful too my neck is so stiff. I used Primo for my 31st birthday to transport myself and 12 friends to Shoreline for a concert. Their rates are unbeatable, after pricing out 15+ limo services, Jaye made it easy to book, he was extremely quick to respond. Our driver was courteous, our limo was flawless, and my guests and I had the best time. I will continue to use Jaye for all my limo/party bus needs moving forward. Especially because there was one small snaffu in the evening and Jaye was quick to fix this mishap and ensure the night continued on without skipping a beat, the epitome of a professional. We used Primo Party Bus for a work outing from SF to Napa...they were 45 minutes late picking us up and trying to get a hold of them was difficult. The driver was not very good and we had some scary interactions...including slamming the breaks which sent me flying off the seat. The bus itself had a lot of visible wear and tear and didn't feel very clean. Bottom line is there are plenty of transport services out there that are more professional...even though they may cost a bit more you'll have a better experience. This company was also not easy to work with when we tried to get some money back for lost time with the late start. read more

I debated whether or not I should even write this review. It has been my experience in planning my party bus , and talking with several different companies, they all seem to promise you the world. By the look of all the Yelp reviews they rarely deliver. Anyways, I drunkenly vowed to write this so here it goes. My experience was strange. I had booked the bus about a month ago. The owner seemed flaky but like I said it seemed to be the nature of the business. Think a club promoter on wheels. On his behalf we did have some issues with the deposit and he seemed understanding and agreed to hold off on charging our debit card. That was nice. Cut to 9:30 on the Saturday night of the event. The owner calls us when the bus was already supposed to be there and tells us the bus we booked had a brake light out and he would be upgrading us to a bigger bus HOWEVER the bus would not be there until 10:15. Um, ok. Of course that meant we would not be able to get into the club I had chosen and would have to settle for whichever one would let us in for free. The bus didn't actually show up until around 10:45, and there was no ice, no bottles we were promised, and no cups. So my bf called and said we were stopping at Safeway to get everything that was promised to us and we would be paying out of the money that we were about to give the driver. That was of course a no-go and we were told to meet up with the owner so he could give us these things out of our original bus. Whatever the f ever, at this point I was just ready to hit the road and arguing seemed pointless. So after transferring all the ice in the dixie cups ( you read right), and picking up our unmarked bottles of liquor (again, you read that right), things got even stranger. Turns out that me and about 4 of the other party goers actually went to high school with the owner! He pretended to not remember us even though he played football with one of them. Why? I'll never know. Maybe he was embarrassed, maybe he felt he was above us now, I don't really care. It was just plain weird. So in conclusion, It was an ok night. Not quite worth the money, not quite a disaster. I have a hard time believing that this brake light went out as they were leaving to get us, and according to an inside source this happens with this company every weekend. I think it's a simple matter of being greedy and overbooking. Either way next time (if there is one, I'm a little too old for all of this), I will be going with a more established and organized company. read more

This past Saturday I once again got a party bus with Primos for my birthday its the best way for everyone to go out and have a good time with no DUI and no complaints that people have no ride. Jaye is the owner, hes nice and is very open to answering any questions you may have. He has been very good with me every year. My friends and I probably go with him three times a year. This past Saturday was a success I had fun with minor issue with the first club but it was not Jayes fault at all, other then that I had a great birthday with my friends and family and will continued to use primos when we need a party bus. read more
