The staff is incredible--caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. I also love the app that provides live updates throughout the day, so you can stay connected with your little scholar at all times. As it is a daycare and diapers are changed frequently, there's no unpleasant smells or that icky look or feel to the establishment. You can tell cleanliness and sanitation is taken seriously. The teachers were excited to have a new student coming to learn and play with them. I felt happy and comfortable bringing my little one here to Wise. They keep the children busy with learning and playing and you can see your child's day through updates directly from their teacher! I had a tour before enrolling and an owner stepped out onto the lot after I was parked for a few minutes and asked me if I needed help with anything and to confirm that I was a parent actually visiting the care center. I felt that this made my decision to move my little one here to Wise all the better. This is a private lot, so there should only be traffic from parents and family members actually visiting the center. I was able to see the owner and staff had a genuine concern for the safety of our children and parents that attend the center. Anyone not familiar with how terrible people can be to innocent children may not understand, but as a parent, I was extremely grateful. I too would be suspicious and wary of anyone waiting in the parking lot of a DAYCARE CENTER for a long time. Take time to visit the center for yourself and see the safety, the cleanliness, the love of the staff and happiness of the children. It's good to read reviews, but take it from a parent that actually has a child enrolled here, not a random Uber driver in the parking lot. Remember, some reviews are just posted with malicious intent from random people

We have 3 children enrolled; each in a different age division of their program. Our grade school son loves Ms. Arla, our middle child is very fond of all of his preschool staff, and our 2 year old son has adjusted so well to the schedule and environment of the school: far beyond my expectations. The security is tight at this facility as one needs a code to enter and there is a sign in policy in place. The food is well balanced, and many times when I come in to drop off my children, the place smells delicious, bringing me thoughts of a warm home. The only improvements I would like to see is the development of structured schedules for grade school attendees during government holidays. They watch grade school-children during this time (even one Christmas Eve!) but their structure is pretty basic. However, I think this is due to lack of funding because the school charges a charitable economical price considerably under other centers in the same market. Moreover, the founder; Jane Ashley, is an incredibly generous person. She is always willing to help with school payment plans and is there until 6:00 or after. There have been a few times that I was unable to arrive for pick up until after 6, as my schedule is a late one and the staff was there without judgement. Although those statements are not a waiver to abuse the staff's time; it simply reflects their perceptive approach and sacrifice to care of my children. I would recommend this school to anyone. I am glad to utilize their competent services and hope that their return comes back to them 10-fold.

The staff is soooo friendly and they take such good care of our little one. There's enough gym equipment in the weight room and cardio sections to find what you need to get a good workout in. I was doing a sets routine and had my set up all ready and was in the middle of the second exercise when someone came over and started moving my stuff. I let them know I was utilizing that equipment and their respond was that I could move to the other side. Well, I could but so could she, and I already had weights, plates and foams set up in that spot for a particular exercise. It made me feel very uncomfortable and she refused to leave my stuff (including phone, and water bottle) versus going to the other side when no one was there. They need more space so people are not on top of each other. Get rid of the 10 extra treadmills no one uses and create a corner for stretching or body weight exercises (burpees, etc). If this location wasn't on my route, I'd drive over to Blocker.
