The staff is incredible--caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. I also love the app that provides live updates throughout the day, so you can stay connected with your little scholar at all times. The structured learning environment is impressive, and the uniforms make all the kids look so neat and adorable. I couldn't be happier with our experience! The Bynum's love it!!!!!!!

As it is a daycare and diapers are changed frequently, there's no unpleasant smells or that icky look or feel to the establishment. You can tell cleanliness and sanitation is taken seriously. The teachers were excited to have a new student coming to learn and play with them. I felt happy and comfortable bringing my little one here to Wise. They keep the children busy with learning and playing and you can see your child's day through updates directly from their teacher! I had a tour before enrolling and an owner stepped out onto the lot after I was parked for a few minutes and asked me if I needed help with anything and to confirm that I was a parent actually visiting the care center. I felt that this made my decision to move my little one here to Wise all the better. This is a private lot, so there should only be traffic from parents and family members actually visiting the center. I was able to see the owner and staff had a genuine concern for the safety of our children and parents that attend the center. Anyone not familiar with how terrible people can be to innocent children may not understand, but as a parent, I was extremely grateful. I too would be suspicious and wary of anyone waiting in the parking lot of a DAYCARE CENTER for a long time. Take time to visit the center for yourself and see the safety, the cleanliness, the love of the staff and happiness of the children. It's good to read reviews, but take it from a parent that actually has a child enrolled here, not a random Uber driver in the parking lot. Remember, some reviews are just posted with malicious intent from random people

I was doing a sets routine and had my set up all ready and was in the middle of the second exercise when someone came over and started moving my stuff. I let them know I was utilizing that equipment and their respond was that I could move to the other side. Well, I could but so could she, and I already had weights, plates and foams set up in that spot for a particular exercise. It made me feel very uncomfortable and she refused to leave my stuff (including phone, and water bottle) versus going to the other side when no one was there. They need more space so people are not on top of each other. Get rid of the 10 extra treadmills no one uses and create a corner for stretching or body weight exercises (burpees, etc). If this location wasn't on my route, I'd drive over to Blocker.

I cannot believe the outside pool was not open at 10 am on July 4th. my husband and I were laying on our towel reading, and was told we had to leave. The place is run by teenagers that have no clue, you can never talk with a manager. I cannot wait to leave the YMCA - I have already been at another place for 3 years. my husband use the Y one a week. we go to the pool twice a year. Totally ridiculous, probably did not want to pay OT. The rules are all geared for insurance. I have had it.

The 100 individually labeled diapers... I kept hearing Le Bon when I got stationed here. Wish I'd just listened and went here. Teachers aren't distracted with their phones. The ratio is great. She not only provides a safe and loving environment, but also focuses on early learning through creative activities, reading, and structured play. The children are always engaged, happy, and encouraged to grow both socially and academically. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing our child is in such capable and caring hands. I am a first time mom, and with that, came a sort of panic about someone else watching my daughter. I will tell you that with out a doubt, I know my little one is in great hands, safe and loved. Ms. Marrilyn and her team do an amazing job at teaching life skills early on such as confidence and self esteem. Our children have the capability to do so much, and I promise they will thrive here. Manners, letters, & numbers, are just the beginning of what this wonderful home teaches. Oh and just a small side note, we recently moved 30 min out of town, and I drive an extra 15min past my work so my daughter continues going here, because I couldn't imagine my toddler going anywhere else.
