Primrose School at Reunion is extraordinary! The level of attention and care we receive as a family is unmatched! I'm currently in the process of a job-related move, so I've recently been exploring other Primrose schools as well as various types of early childhood education institutions. From my searches, I haven't been able to find another school that takes a holistic approach to programming while fully engaging the child and providing support and flexibility for parents. I love the themed days the school hosts during various holidays. I enjoy the Spring Fling, the opportunity to take pictures with Santa, the pancake breakfast, and other activities such as the kid-friendly Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event. All the staff have been incredibly kind and supportive of my family. This school is wholly dedicated to the family unit. I have consistently been pleased with the support they've provided us and am thankful for the accommodations! I highly recommend Primrose School at Reunion. My daughter has been going to Primrose at Reunion since she was 3 months old and is now in the Pre-K class and is 4 years old. The school has helped her and us learn so much, from the time she was in the infant class helping teach her how to eat solid foods and then utensils. I can't believe at four she knows so much and to write her name starting to sound out words. She loves her teachers there and the staff is amazing. We moved our boys over to Primrose from another facility in the Reunion area and are so thrilled that we did! The leadership team is helpful, approachable and communicative. We've had experience with the teachers in the young infant room, older infant room and early preschool rooms and have been particularly impressed with their knowledge, patience and the overall curriculum at each stage. I've also appreciated the partnership when it has come to transitioning to solids for my infant and communicating potty-training readiness signs for my toddler. I have had two children attend Primrose at Reunion, one as and infant and one as a preschool and kindergartener. We have very much enjoyed the school and staff. You can definitely tell that they generally care about your child. We always get care updates and notes when our little one isn't feeling well. The food they serve is well balanced and good quality. Trying to decide which daycare to send your child to is one of the most important decisions one can make. And we are so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Primrose! This was her first time in a daycare setting and she is excelling. The entire staff is very welcoming, communicative, and truly care for the wellbeing of each child. They have several fun activities planned each week that goes with the "theme" of the week(s) and my daughter is learning so much. Overall, we are pleased with the school guidelines, the staff/teachers, the safety, and knowing that our daughter is in great hands. When I was looking for an early preschool for my 2 year old son, I tried to read between the lines of every review. I wanted my child to be happy, safe, cared for and didn't want to make a decision which would negatively affect my son. I chose Primrose at Reunion. We are moving out of state, and today was his last day at this school. I cried. As a first time mom, now a mom of two, I can't tell you how much it meant to our family to have found a place we trust and loved for our son. Our son felt safe, cared for, and had so many learning experiences and activities we couldn't have planned for him at home. We are so sad to leave the Primrose family but I know what they have taught my son will be with him for a long time. My daughter has only been coming there for a couple months now and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff always has a smile on their faces no matter what could be wrong. Mrs. Helen who is the chief is amazing!!! She does such a great job making sure that all the little one's are always that an care of. With a changing menu every week keeps the kids happy!! The lady's at the front desk are super amazing. They might be busy to the bone. But once you step up. They make you feel like you are the priority. I love them all!! This has been the best decision for us to get our daughter into a school atmosphere and she just loves it. She loves her teachers to the moon and back. Recently removed my child from this school, have been a patron at this Primrose since May 2011 with 2 children. This school is more concerned about making money than teaching children. Very high teacher turnover and when the owner (Stephanie Branscum) is confronted about the high teacher turnover and lack of education being taught the response was " with the economy doing so well its difficult to find qualified candidates to teach here". I'm no business major but in my experience the best way to keep qualified people in any business is to pay people appropriately. With this management style their "learning center" has become a very EXPENSIVE place to take your child to just be "watched" not "taught". Do you homework before leaving your kids in their care, this is one of the most expensive "learning centers" around with no results. read more

The teachers are absolutely incredible; the administrator and owners need to up their game. We've maintained friendships with our child's former teachers (many of whom have left the school) and have heard horror stories. Teachers finance projects out of their own pockets despite a hefty supply fee, facility maintenance is done to the bare minimum (the owners promised new carpeting after a flood in December - the old carpeting is still in place), and items that ethically (though not legally) should be reported to the parents are held back. Are the administrators breaking any laws? No. Could they do more to put forth an effort that matches the teachers? Yes. The teachers are truly wonderful and do an amazing job. Teacher turnover is extremely high but that may be the nature of the business. The curriculum is first-rate and our child has learned an incredible amount over the 3+ years that he has been at the school. You'll not go wrong with sending your child to Primrose. The school would be an easy 5-star rating if the administration could step up. read more

I moved my daughter from primrose Stapleton to Reunion, and it's been the best decision. Reunion was such a tremendous help with the transition. They should not be listed under day care. They are more like a private school. My kids have been there for 4 years attending the before and after care program in which case they are bused to school by Primrose. That part is great but as of recently and more and more, I am finding myself having to take days off of work for their "training" days that happen to fall on days in which the kids don't have school so I don't have any reliable day care. No more crying, only begging to go to "my new school" everyday. We've been going to Primrose for 3 months, but each week it's the same, please let me go everyday. My daughter is in Jr. K with Ms. Sofia and she LOVES it! I can't believe the change, she's eager to learn to write and when asked what she learned at school today, she says "everything". We have been enrolled at other child care centers and at a home daycare. My daughter would cry and cry when being dropped off at the old daycare center and she outgrew the home daycare. We have been going to Primrose at Reunion for over two years now. Ever since Dana and Tammy took things over we have seen amazing changes. We are very happy with the entire staff and very pleased with the education our girls are receiving!
