The owner and an employee chatted with us and gave us free samples of kombucha (which was delicious). They have kombucha on tap which is fun. We wandered around and saw some really great things. Nixa needs a store like this, and I hope the store is a great success. It's small, with 3 or 4 aisles. Some of the items were sauces/dressings, chips/snacks, a small freezer section with meat/frozen meals, some produce, and an entire aisle for cleaning supplies/toiletries/supplements. The prices are higher on items than at Lucky's in springfield, but for the convenience, it's absolutely worth it. And I'm pretty certain it's all cheaper than Mama Jean's. I will definitely be coming back!

I purchased it not only for my peddle bikes but I purchased two Ebikes as well. The NV 2.0 is rated for two (2) 60 LBS bikes which is perfect. I loaded one of the Bikes and it took literally less then a minuet. I was just a bit reluctant feeling secure with almost $10,000 worth of new bikes on here. I reached out to the company via their website and almost immediately received a response! Claire S., one of their Service Agents asked details about what type of bikes I was carrying and the tire sizes.  After a couple corresponded she recommended a "Phat Bike Kit" that includes a strap extender for the front tire. My wife and I purchased a Kuat Bike Rack from our local bike shop a few weeks ago. On our first big…read moretrip using this rack, I accidentally lost the keys that individually lock each bike securely to the rack. Therre we were at a bike trail head with our bikes loaded on the bike rack and no keys to get them off. I called Kuat and asked what I could do. Their service rep said I had two options: 1. She (Dee in the customer service dept.) could send new keys in overnight mail, or 2. I could cut the cables locking each bike and she would send me new locking cables. As it turns out, we opted to cut the cables, rode our bikes on a beautiful trail and when we got back home, the new cables were there in the mail. Oh, and there was no charge! Like their phone message says, they offer "face-melting" customer service. And they do!!
