I paid, cleared the snow and left. 15 minutes later I'm pulled over and 3 officers made me and my 8 year old freeze our butts off for 35 minutes while i was doing field sobriety test in the storm. Officers informed me an employee of princess auto called and said I was belegrant and smelled of alcohol. I haven't had a drink in over 5 years. Naturally I passed the test but regardless. Using the police as a weapon because you are a busy body and I didn't entertain you is ridiculous. Called the store and spoke to a manager named Nick who was absolutely no help and refused to even acknowledge that there was a problem. Nothing awesome about this place. It's called princess auto and I went looking for a headlight bulb for my wife's Fiat 500. They have a very small selection of bulbs and of course not the one I needed. Went back to my car and did a quick internet search and guess what.... I can get that bulb at Walmart. too bad hopeless princess - won't go back. real handy men shop at Home Depot or Partsource and have the moxie to park in contractor parking. Jay read more

Awesome store for cheap tools and gear. Most people consider their tools as disposable as they are very low quality and break quite easily. However they are so cheap you can just buy a new one. I believe they have a return policy but I've never used it. They have a little bit of everything in the store. read more
