Great, safe, friendly feeling place. Truly VERY close to the beach -- when someone says "just steps to the beach" I'm always like "Well.... how many steps do you mean because like 2 miles is still steps..." but in this case (we were in building C which isn't even the closest) it truly was about a one minute walk - maybe 2 minutes with small kids. I also really liked the rinse-off hoses and showers when you cross into the parking lot -- those saved us a lot of discomfort, mess, and even laundry. They aren't fancy, and it isn't flashy, but this place is clean, comfortable, and really good for families with young kids. The pool is nice, the views are good from most of the units, and we would definitely come back again.

Not all of the condos offer Wi-Fi which is why I only gave it four stars... I would've given it five stars if the Wi-Fi was available. I immediately messaged the owner that we were heading out of the room when it happened. I also had slept on a pillow and some foundation got on it. The owner has accused us of numerous damages and trying to charge an additional $250! We paid a $150 cleaning fee which she herself "cleans" the unit. I offered to pay for a professional laundry service but thats it. Shes saying the fireplace was damaged by water, the bathrug is stained. Its ridiculous! What if someone had on self tanner (which we did not), or a child wet the bed, or it was blood. I have never dealt with this type of situation in my life. Im 60 years old and have owned my own professional cleaning service for 38 years. I always sweep and clean sinks and counters at any rental. This unit had a dehumidifier that I had to empty three times. We only stayed 3 nights! I paid $1100 that included a cleaning fee. Surely cleaning the sheets properly is included in that $150. Do not rent that unit unless you bring you own linens! Be prepared for the ac and dehumidifier to keep you up all night. This whole situation ruined out trip! Unfortunately, I gave a wonderful review through vrbo upon our arrival. Lesson learned!

Our condo was #1001 on the side of the building and we had a wrap around balcony from the living room (facing the ocean) to the master bedroom (facing east along the shore line), then we had another balcony in the spare bedroom (2beds) facing north and west on looking inland. I loved the balcony it was the best part of the condo. The TV's on the other hand not so much. The one in the living room and master bedroom were the size of my computer screen and the TV in the spare bedroom was a tube TV and smaller! Yeah with a VCR. Now the important stuff, you are only given one roll of tp for each bathroom (2) 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, my brother and I didn't get one, and I bag for each trash can. That is it, so plan on going shopping for that stuff too. The good thing is about a 1/2 mile up the road there is a dollar general, and about 2 1/2 miles east on Thomas there is a shopping center for all of your needs. Also the location was not great............about 2 miles east of the main spring break area with some bars a restaurants, and 8 miles east of the big shopping and dining area called Pier Park. Now Pier Park was awesome lots of cool little shops and restaurants some chain some local. I hope this has helped.

Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Not a party place. Very chill and relaxing on the quiet side of PCB. We've stayed on the 11th, 12th, and 14th floor in 3 br 2 bath condos.
