When I emailed to change the card message, I was told it was too late--my invoice was sent May 9 at 2:53 PM and I emailed them May 9 at 3:02 PM. I got an email from sammysflorist@gmail.com on May 9 at 3:28 PM that they cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. I have been getting marketing emails from sammysfloristdesign.com with reply emails from Willliam Pauld Floral design (via Hana Florist POS). I emailed williampauldesign@gmail telling them what is going on with my order, but I did not get a reply email. After I paid, I received a message saying: "We cannot guarantee or provide an exact delivery time. However, business deliveries will be completed by 5 PM, and residential deliveries will be completed by 9 PM. Kindly note that this is subject to change based on operational volume. Please note: If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left at the door. Once the delivery has been completed, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or weather-related exposure. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed." After trying to figure out who was actually responsible--Sammy's, Hana, William Paul floral design, or another shop-- I figured out that I was at lost. I will not order from this website again. I value local businesses that communicate clearly and care about their customers.
