I left with fan shaped nails after asking for square, and they ended up being shorter than I wanted too. These facts I could've gotten over without leaving a review but I could not get over the excessive amounts of glue underneath my finger nails. I still haven't been able to pick all of it off!!!? Not to mention it's a lot of glue and it's on there really good so it's somewhat painful to pick off. Now, I will admit I didn't say anything before leaving but I shouldn't have to ask for a whole nail painted, the right shape, AND no glue underneath my fingers- so I chalked this up to a loss. The only thing that could remedy this situation is a refund. I would hate to drag the other ladies in the shop who probably do a fine job (some of which I have had and have done a fine job) so I will just warn whoever has read this far to avoid service with Nang R.

The shop is included in the shopping district, so make sure you have fabulous nails before or after you shop until you drop. The Vietnamese culture is presented well at the shop and I appreciate learning a few new words and sayings when I went it. I will always remember móng tay đẹp (pretty nails). The shop does have a bar for wine and beverages if you would like to enjoy something besides water. The shop is very accessible. The parking lot has room for handicap parking and there is not a step to walk up. The door is very light to pull open. The seats can be moved for a wheelchair but the tables do not move so you may have to sit in the first chair or adjusted into the pedicure chair.

If they needed to come off and be re-done she should've done it! she just filed my rotted nails down and put gel on top. My nails hurt so bad my fingers were actually swollen.
