went in for gelx nails. first he used my real nails instead of tips which ended up terrible because the gel didn't build so they were bending and very brittle. Charged me $85 . so I came back the next day and asked him to fix them. He put on tips this time , much better but he charged me $30 this time so I am now paying $115 for a set of gelx nails which they typically charge $45 for. I did have them remove my acrylics which was $15 Now two days later my nails look like press on nails, they are bubbling and lifting up around the cuticles. I never had gelx nails before but I'd imagine they don't turn out like this, very disappointing read more

Never again. The pedicure was fine and nails look good but I have no idea what I paid $85 for. The lady was fairly insistent I get gel which I didn't need but OK. She didn't roughen the nail like you should so the polish will stick so I'm not optimistic. Then she gave me a "spa" pedicure with a kit that costs $3 at Walmart and was no more than a scrub and lotion with a hot towel. Fine. I get to the register and my total is $68. Looking at prices on their website I have no clue how they got that number but fine (again). I said give yourself a $15 tip. She charged my card $85. lol. For that amount of money I can get an actual spa pedicure with spa grade products and for half that I can get a good pedicure with a massage elsewhere. I won't be back. read more

Horrible service! I was asked to pay before my nails were polished. That's not an issue if everyone else was asked to so the same. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. There were at least 6 customers in the shop, all of them paid at the counter upon completion of service; I was asked to pay after my manicure and pedicure were done, before my nails were polished. How blatant can you be? My shades and handbag alone can probably pay for 2 months salary. I will never go back, nor will I refer anyone. Freaking disgusted! read more

WORST pedi and mani I've ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could. Woman doing my pedi was gonna let me walk out of there with dry, calloused feet if I hadn't said something. She paid hardly any attention to the heel area & that's the main reason I get pedis. My heels still felt rough after I left. The tools they used seemed very cheap. I know that I wasn't treated properly. Don't even get me started on my sloppy mani. Polish everywhere...nails not filed correctly. I didn't get any cuticles or callouses removed. The man doing my hands didn't soak them or push my cuticles back or anything. When I left the salon I couldn't believe how bad my hands looked up close. A already chipped!! What is the point of making an appointment it's not going to make a difference. 3 ladies walked in at same time I did got started before I did and I had an appointment. I had a 11:30 appointment and it's now 12:10 lady starts my water then walks over and starts on other ladies. I made an appointment because I knew I had other stuff I had to get done today. I could totally understand if I didn't have an appointment but I purposely made one. It is now 45 minutes after my appointment time and I am about 5 minutes from getting up and walking out! It is now 12:15 and I am about done. After almost an hour past appointment time I walked out. Drove down street got right in and am currently enjoying a relaxing pedicure. I've called and made an appointment here multiple times now. Every time, I drive out there make sure I have cash since they ask for that only and then when I arrive at the discussed time get turned away for various reasons (staff leaving, backed up, etc). I'm not sure why I keep trying but it's not worth the extra drive and stop at the bank just to not even get my nails done. Worst customer service ever!! I called and made an appointment for an hr later for a manicure and pedicure... They said they only accepted cash and to come right in. Once I arrived the nail tech started on my pedicure, she saw other customers coming in and started to rush through everything, she even dropped my foot several times sprayed lotion on and instead of massaging it in rinsed it off with water ...hot Towels were Luke warm after completing my half pedicure she stated she didn't have time for a manicure and to leave! ....what kinda business does that!!! I did indeed call and make an appointment even got cash.... She got loud with me and said you don't have an appointment...I am not a confrontational person so I happily took my money and time where else....seems like they are overly stressed and are selective about the customers they give attention to and don't communicate schedules with each other. read more

My daughter and I went in near closing and they stayed open for our service. We both got tips and dip/gel. Exactly what we wanted. I felt comfortable with their facilities and cleanliness. My daughter says she will drive the 90 minutes to her her nails done here again. read more

Really disappointed. Went to get nails done with my family and my manicure was terrible. Aside from the results I asked the person working on me why she was cutting the skin on my finger that was not cuticle. She looked at me and smiled and chuckled. In which I replied, "but I asked Why?" Then she was about done and I said "I don't like that you're doing that" and she looked up and continued doing it. SO FRUSTRATING! Then, the manicure looks like I let my 5 year old niece do it. It wasn't smooth and there are ridges and bubbles in the polish. Looked awful. One bubble even opened up after I left while drying. Just to add to the experience, we walked in and it was empty, had appointments but they weren't ready for us and there were some employees sitting up front laughing and having phone conversations on speaker phone while talking over each other. read more

I was pleased at first until all of my nails were different lengths and some bumps, they didn't clean up my cuticles or nothing. barley any filing and when I asked for shorter they said it was fine, definitely not please and I'm usually not to picky. definitely wasn't worth the $130 I spent there.. read more

Made an appointment on line at 5:30 for a Mani/Pedi but when I arrived at 5:25 I was told that they were short staffed and if I could wait. Finally got in the chair at 6:00. I felt they rushed me through so they could close up. One kept mopping the floor and making the person doing my nails move out of the way. There was a sign at the register that said if you pay cash you get 3% off but I still paid the full price. I will be looking for a new place. read more

I am extremely pleased with every service I request at Princess Nails. The staff is very friendly and very professional. My nails are so beautiful when I leave and I have never had the same design twice in the 3+ years that I have been going there. They stay looking good for three to four weeks. No complaints here. Very disappointed with our Visit. Us 3 girls booked our appt 5 weeks ago for nails and pedi's, specifically asked to make sure we would all be able to get done at same time and sit together. We arrived promptly at 1030, as scheduled. there was 1 lady working on a client. She stated she would call her asst.. at 1050- 2 ladies walked in- they were taken straight back ~ we were told " she has an appt"...which we all had too. Finally at 1110- 1 of us were taken back to have nails started, 15 minutes later the next one was taken back to have pedi and then finally 15 minutes later I was taken to other side of room and my nails were started. None of our technicians spoke to us. My Nail technician spoke the whole time in her native language to the technician doing the 1050 ladies nails. long story short- My Full set acrylic looked like i tried to do them my self. I ended up having them redone the next day. My 2 friends who had dip nails done were done well. All and All this was a horrible place to have a girls day at, wont ever try again. The nail polish started chipping within the next day. It's been 6 days and half of the nail polish on my smaller toes is gone. The design was really cute on my big toe. More expensive than local competitors by 20%. Chair didn't work. Place is completely dirty: bathrooms, stock room, behind chairs, light fixtures covered in dust. I won't be returning. For the price, this place needs to step it up. A LOT. read more
