Owner claims this has happened before and they do not reverse charges. Very frustrating to have to file a fraud dispute due to the salon's error. Update: It has been over three weeks and the salon refuses to issue a refund. My bank has been unable to make contact with the owner. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they are unable to make contact with the salon. Looks like the owners are okay with stealing from their customers!

First, they sat us 5 seats away, and she had to sit by herself. She is 8 years old. The man who was doing her nails was laughing at her because when he pushed back her cuticles, it hurt her. Our appointment was at 5pm and we didn't get out until 7pm. My nieces nails took 10 minutes. I kid you not. I showed the young woman what I wanted, and it took her two hours to get this... I spent 75 dollars (for just myself. 105 altogether including my niece and tip.) The first photo below is my inspiration photo. I asked for TWO C's. The letter on BOTH of my ring fingers. I asked her to keep the hearts on both of my index fingers. She proceeded all four C's on my ring and used finger. She then put a heart on both pinkies. My middle finger and my thumbs were supposed to be French tip. I don't even know what she did. You can see the bubbles and where she placed the fake nail. It looks cheap. I am VERY disappointed. I really want a refund. The designs are shaky and unprofessional. I do not recommend going there!
