We were shopping for a new dining set after the one we purchased in Ohio started chipping within just a few months and the manufacturer wasn't being very helpful in resolving the issue while we were at Timberlake's people kept asking us why drive so far the answer is simple. The selection and prices are unmatched. We haven't found anything that comes close. Not only did we find a beautiful dining set with plenty of room for our growing family, but we also found a dresser for a baby girl arriving this fall. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman helping us took the time to explain the different types of wood used in each set, the pros and cons of each, and how to properly care for them. His honesty and knowledge gave us confidence that we were making the right investment. In a world where genuine customer service can be hard to find Timberlakes continue to stand out.
