Contacted Grateful Dental and the staff was extremely accommodating with the receptionist and hygienist providing an appointment the next day for a new patient to their practice. I completed the paperwork and arrived early at the appointment, as requested. Great review until this point. On the way back to the "chair", the hygienist mentioned they wanted me to get a full mouth x-ray. I asked if there was any way not to do this. As the hygienist explained why they wanted to do it, Dr Terri came out into the hallway and as the hygienist was trying to convince me to do it, Dr Terri stated "why don't we call it done, then". Thinking she meant to skip the x-ray, i said great and started to move to the dental chair. Then Dr Terry states "No. The appointment is over" and showed me the door. I was flabbergasted at this statement. In no way was I rude in my request and would have done it with a little convincing/persuading. Apparently, they are not really looking for new patients. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Eaves is deceptive in their billing practices. A signed quote for two fillings, which stated that…read moremy cost would be $135 turned into $600 because their office billing person in Geneva said my insurance would cover the majority. My original dentist that I saw left, she was part of my network. But when I had the work done, a different dentist performed the work. He was not in network. Their quote which I signed said that my insurance would cover about 80%, ended up covering 10%. They add a caveat to their quotes that said they can't guarantee the quote they give you, even though the correct insurance company was listed. My new dentist was aghast that a filling would cost $296 each. Robbery.
