Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. Sigi was fantastic in every way, had reviewed my chart and listened to my list of problems. He worked with me for 7 sessions, always attentive to my input and answering my many questions. I "graduated " with improved scores on all my problem areas. My outlook about my problem hip has changed from dread to : I can now function comfortably!
