The storage slab is about an inch above the driveway, with a solid lip, so there's no danger of flooding. Units are pretty new, appear to be mostly metal construction, so there's no fire hazard. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
