    Never used it when I canceled I didn't get any of my money back.I didn't think that was right.

    Nicole was my on line manager, leading through everything I needed to do. When I got there, the…read morepaperwork was prepared and everything was ready. She gave me a walking tour, making sure the unit was the right size and location. I forgot my lock, so she wouldn't let me put my things inside until I came back with it. That insured that it wouldn't be exposed, and should they have a key to my unit (with their lock) they might be liable. I liked that she cared about my things and her company. And, she prorated my monthly fee. A very good experience all around.

    Moved in April 23, 2026, the light in the locker did not work. Staff said it would be fixed "in one…read moreto two weeks." Second visit: No light. Replaced bulb myself. Didn't work. Reported to office staff. "I'll have to put in a work order. It will take one to two weeks." What about another locker? None available. Next visit: No light. Office empty. Next visit: No light. Reported to office staff. "Leave a key. It will be fixed in one to two weeks." Visit July 9, 2026: No light. Went to office. Staff says workman fixed it. NO, it DOESN'T WORK! How about a new locker? First locker shown, NO LIGHT! Second locker has a light. Staff hands me the keys and asks if i can fill out paperwork today. Sure! AND MOVE TODAY. No, I am disabled, I can not do it. Staff: You don't want to rake up charges on a SECOND locker, so you need to move quickly. I SHOULDN'T have to pay for a SECOND locker, since the problem is YOURS. And, I need to find help to move. It may take me a while. Staff: Give me back the keys. Let me know when you can move. When I moved in, they thought it needed a new lightbulb. The office staff DON'T have any? Hand me a buld and I'LL do it MYSELF. IF they had TRIED to replace the bulb to start with (how about BEFORE RENTING IT), they would have known it was a LIGHT BULB SOCKET/WIRING problem. Since they couldn't get in my locker without my key, how were they going to fix it AFTER they rented it? I AM moving...to a DIFFERENT storage company!
