I've been here a few times and it's always been good. But this last time, they were life savers! I had a print order at another FedEx to pick up and I received a call from that location saying it was ready to pick up. When I went in, that location was closed. I'm not sure what happened but I was on a time crunch and called this FedEx begging them for help. They were able to get my print order in 20 minutes! Decent place to come and get copies or custom printing done. Staff is usually helpful. Plenty of spots to sit and work. FREE INTERNET NOT available, but they do have tables or desk to get work done. The "Print & Go" option is really cool self service kiosk. Upload your image or doc to an email and then enter the code though your email and print at the self service machine at a decent price. Paper cutting and some office supplies are available to use at no cost. AC is good on a hot day as well. read more

Horrible terrible Service! Where is Management!? I walked into this store on 9/7/23 in need of a copy from a pdf document. I inquired how I could proceed; I approached the counter because no one would acknowledge I asked for help, Mary replies by telling me I could email to her Fed-Ex account where she would proceed to charge me a $4.00 service charge for one piece of paper and then another $2.00 for the print! I said that was ridiculous! And as I walked away out the door I realized I could print it myself through a computer; so I walked back and asked to be directed to their computers, Some other employee directs me back to the printers and explained I could just use the monitores on the printing machines to print the pdf!! The cost was 0.74cents!!! Mary should be FIRED for Not not doing her job, Failure to direct me to a copy machine where I self serve and print my pdf myself! No Instead she lies to a customer; and let me walk out the store! If not for my common sense, I would have paid the $6.00 for a piece of copy paper! Oh gosh, it was amazing today at FedEx! Okay as good as a shipping experience can be. I had a mongo sized box to pack and ship ... they helped me a lot with it. First they let me use their handheld packing tape gun/dispenser - damn that thing is great - I seriously need to get me one of them! The tape width is double your average 3M scotch roll and it has a built in cutter as you flick your wrist -- LOVE IT. Anyhow beyond the simple pleasure of using the tape ... they were nice. I forgot why fedex is the Mercedes of shipping - they have their shit down. And I guess I like their commercials -- especially the one from 20 years ago with the alien ("Maybe we should use fedex" ... "that's all you ever say!") and the commercial about the caveman. Anyhow, honestly, fedex is efficient and the most reliable service - worth the premium over USPS and UPS. read more

Extremely frustrating experience there today. The print and go option would not work after multiple tries. Was told to go outside to see if it would load and then connect to their wifi. I asked if there was any other way and was told I could order it online to pick up at 6:00. It was 1 pm and I had already spend over 45 minutes trying to print one sheet of paper. Today's FedEx is a pretty streamlined package delivery, printing service which you can rely on like clockwork. Yes there may be delays to life in general, so that's expected. This location makes it easy to pickup or drop off packages. Service, when I've needed to speak with someone, has been quick and friendly. I was worried. I came during lunch which is kinda like the worst time to do anything but eat and complain about work. There was a line and it looked like it was gonna be a long one. A nice woman had A LOT to ship. Her kindness was so catchy, she kept letting people cut her because she knew she would take up some time. Once a few mins passed another workers saw that there was a line forming and switched over to help with the shipping section. Very awesome and quick! Went here to get some "expertise" help to ship a large 35-pound printer. Was told it needed a 24 x 24 x 24 inch box. Printer was only 18 x 12 x 8. Was told I needed to buy more cushioning and packing materials to fill up the mostly empty box. Then was told Fedex Ground shipping cost was $324. Crazy. I asked if it would be cheaper buying on line and he said he didn't know. I bought the box and took it home, cut it down to half the size and bought the postage for the same Fedex Ground on line at eBay for $42. Can't believe how unhelpful they were. You'd think Fedex means shipping expertise, but not the case in this instance. Also, the store was a mess, shelves poorly stocked and just dirty looking. read more

Toby helped me just now and he was awesome! We purchased a plastic tub from Loews that was too small and needed to be returned. The box that it was shipped in was too large and would have legitimately required filler that cost more than the rubber tub. Paul's nickname, Kinko originated from his curly locks and his store became known as Kinko's. His shop supported students from Dos Pueblos High School and UCSB and he was known as an awesome employer who threw even better parties. Now they have lost their cool name, this business center stands out like a gray wall. Nothing special, no culture, it just exists. Everything is homogenous, predictable and plain vanilla at Fed Ex, a sign of the times in Corporate America. One thing for sure, they are masters of logistics, they are so popular that all overnight mail is referred to as a FedEx, even when it is shipped with a different carrier.
