I ordered some matchboxes from Print Canada. Due to some initial problems logging into their website I called them and personally talked with a fellow named Gary and I actually upgraded my order with them. My big mistake was taking them at their word. I was personally told by them that the final proof was in black and white while my finished boxes would be in black and green. Lo and behold, when the finished product arrived they were in black and white. It tried to contact them multiple times via email and got no response. On my forth try I did hear from them only to have Gary tell me that they fulfilled the order as approved. My mistake, GET IT IN WRITING. I accepted his word that the final product would be the colors I requested so I approved the proofs based on that. I wish I had read all the other negative reviews of them prior to ordering. Not impressed with your packing OR shipping methods. I needed 250 of these plates for Tuesday, so unless you can replace these before Oct24, I will be returning the entire order for a refund. Due to the belligerent unidentified "manager" that spoke to me this morning regarding this order, then accused me of "screaming" while he continued to be belligerent to me, I will be reporting this purchase and your company to the better business bureau as well as to Visa if this financial dispute is not resolved within 5 business days. Please advise how to: 1) Return the ENTIRE order, which the client WILL NOT be paying shipping to or from the destination for, due to your broken plates. 2) Return the 20 plates, should your "manager" decide that business etiquette trumps his terrible and sensitive attitude. I don't often write reviews, but I was compelled to leave one for this company after numerous attempts to speak with the manager regarding an issue I had. I ordered a set of glasses to be printed. When I asked 2 weeks later in regards to the status, my response was that it takes 3 weeks to produce - fair enough. When I followed up 3 weeks later, they informed me that they did not process the order because they would not meet the deadline. They told me they attempted to call me and email me. I did not receive a voicemail nor could they provide me with a copy of the email that was sent to me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee told me she would forward him my comment and that he was out of the office. If they had no intention of producing the order, why did I have to follow up several times for a refund? I was absolutely disappointed with the service (or lack there of) with this company. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I ordered personalized sunglasses on May 3 for my wedding in August. I was called soon after and informed that they were on back order until May 18. I got another call in June 15 telling me that the glasses were still on back order until the end of the month. I asked to have the order cancelled, and I was told that they could only issue store credit. I filed a PayPal dispute which they declined, and said that it was over 60 days so they couldn't do a refund. It had, in fact, only been 45 days, but even if it was 60 days I should have been issued a refund since they didn't deliver what I was expecting within a reasonable time frame. I escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim, and finally got my money back. I also ordered personalized shot glasses - when I received them, the personalization already had scratches on multiple glasses. The entire image could be easily wiped off - do not expect to ever re-use these personalized glasses - you might as well paint them yourself with acrylic paint. I asked to return them for a refund and again was denied. So, I filed a PayPal dispute, which they again declined. I escalated it to a claim. They offered to re-print - but what would I do with over 60 poor quality shot glasses? I don't want new ones.. I want to send them back, get my money back, and be done with the horrid company. Their customer service skills are some of the worst that I have seen. This place is amazing! I could seriously spend hours shopping around and looking thru everything! The staff is great and super knowledgable! I sat and chit chatted with one of the girls about my upcoming wedding and she was generally interested and had great input and ideas! They have everything for your wedding needs! I placed my order on Feb 26, payment went through my credit card on March 01. We are March 27 and after 2 separate attempts of my following up with them regarding the processing of my order, I have today received a tracking number for delivery. And even after my last conversation with them, requesting a 2 day delivery instead of the standard, I see that my shipment went out standard, due April 2 to arrive. 4 weeks after payment has been received. I received two packages from Hong Kong in less time. Bottom line: Terrible service, probably a drop shipment company with no experience, slow delivery. Please disregard my bad review regarding print canada store. They gave me full refund for the product and they also let me keep the wrong item that was sent for free. I sincerely apologize to the company. The manager was very accomodating and i was well compensated. Again im so sorry. Do not order with them. I ordered favours and waited and waited to hear from them, checking my email and phone often because the website just said "Processing" my order for two weeks. Finally, I decided to call, and they said the order did not arrive in their facilities. This was five days before the event. They should have called me, which they said they did, but I have no voicemail and no email message. They did not apologize, and only offered to refund after I contacted them. Would they have kept the money if I had not contacted them? When I confronted them calmy about the poor customer service, hoping they would offer an alternate option (I was even willing to drive from Kitchener to Hamilton to pick something up), they just stopped replying to my emails. Still waiting on the refund, too. I'm very disappointed because I was so happy and proud to use a local, Canadian company. While I realize I was cutting the favour order close to the event (within a few weeks), they guaranteed delivery on time. They could have at least notified me so I didn't have to scramble five days before the wedding shower. read more

Buyer Beware! I purchase picture frames for My daughter's communion on Wed March 25. I logged on later that evening and saw that the status of my order still said processing. So I emailed to see if there was a problem. I never heard back. I emailed a second time the next day and the owner Gary, replied that my order was due in the next day Friday March 26 and that transit time to me is 1-2 days. This is when I found out that the store actually did not stock! So I call on the Friday to confirm that my picture frames arrived and Skylar told me that the owners email was incorrect and that they were placing the order to the supplier today. She confirmed my even date was April 3 (which I put a week earlier just so I had the products in time). and that they may not get it in time. I said the actual date is April 12 and so she said ok we will order it then. I said to her when will it come in? She said Thursday. So on Thursday April 2 I call and Skylar picks up the phone and says the order just arrived and that the owner was literally going through the box and that she guarantee's she will call or email me back. She never called nor emailed (Friday was a holiday-good Friday). Over the weekend I left a message saying I was not impressed that I didn't receive a reply regarding my order. So no one calls me Monday April 6 so I call in. Skylar told me that she couldn't call me back because the store was busy. I then asked her about my order and her reply was, the owner is just going through the order now. I said to her, that is what you told me Thursday. So Gary starts talking in the back, she puts me on hold without asking or even telling me and then comes back and says the supplier shipped the heart in two hearts frame in error and that they order it again and should be in by Thursday April 9 (3 days from my event and that does not include shipping time to me in Ontario). I said if you order them and get them on Thursday when will I get them and she said 'hopefully Friday" and I said well my event is on Sunday so if they don't show Friday then what? She said for me to look on their website to see if there was any other frames I was interested in should they not arrive. I was very hesitant on doing that because I wanted what I chose. I said, there are so many frames on there I don't want to waste my time. So she said she would call me with which ones they have in stock. So she called me back and said they have two hearts in one frame ( a wedding frame) that they actually have 8 of. I said obviously because those are the frames that were shipped to you in error that you want to sell to me! I said, I want the frames I ordered will they get here in time. So then she tells me that the owner called the supplier and they don't have any, that they have to order from the manufacturer. So I asked for my money back. I left a review on their facebook page which they delete and I asked the owner to send me proof that a credit was processed by the credit card company and he replied to my email saying that he see's im upset and then gave all the wrong dates regarding this order, that they tried to help me which they didn't and that if used certain language or threats will not be answered. I never swore, nor threatened at all, I copied the Better Business Bureau on my email to him and did this because I had not received my credit and he would not show me confirmation from Paypal or their payment processor that a credit was issued. I replied to him saying that I do have all the emails regarding this order and lack of professionalism and how they ruined my plans for my daughter's communion and that I could not understand how they stay in business when they do this to their customers. That my emails which I will forward to the BBB will show exactly what took place. Be very weary dealing with this company. I clearly am not the only person who had a problem with them and there is an actual complaint lodged with the BBB regarding their not in stock items and their terrible service and shipping. As I type this, those frames are still listed on their website for sale even knowing they don't have any in stock and that their distributor does not have the frames and will need to order from the manufacturer if their able to. read more

I was a little skeptical of ordering from this store just based on the reviews and the fact that it was costing alot of money if I wasnt going to get what I wanted.. We ordered personalized shot glasses for our wedding aswel as personalized napkins they turned out beautiful.. The designer emailed me a picture of what our shoot glass would look like with our names on it and I wasn't completely satisfied with it. So the designer worked with me until I was completely satisfied. Our shot glasses and napkins arrived in about 2 weeks all wrapped up perfectly none were broken.. Very bad service. I ordered souvenir from them and they send it without my apartment number so the product was returned back to the store. I didn't get my product plus until now I haven't receive any money back from their store. I am not very happy for whatever they are doing to me. I didn't have souvenirs to give out for those people who attended the baptismal of my son and don't get my money back. Me and my sister inlaw and friends are always buying product from this store but this time I will never ever recommend it to anyone. Very bad service! It's so frustrating !!! read more

I ordered a few products to determine the quality and service received from this company before moving forward in placing a bulk order for a wedding favour. I received the products and to say the least that whoever packed them did not even look at the items themselves to see if they were in good condition. One item was a Murano bottle cap opener. I emailed both Kelly and Gary to advise them that it was not assembled correctly understanding fully that it was not their fault but that of their supplier. The entire Murano piece is off centre and crooked and guaranteed the first time you use it the entire piece would snap. I kindly asked for a refund and was told that each Murano piece is different and due to their policy they would not refund me and advised me to not ship it back. I told them it was not the Murano glass I was upset over but the entire assembly of this product. I told them I was shipping it back to them and would pay for the shipping myself just as I had paid for the product and the initial shipping fees. I am upset because Gary was not even willing to look at it. I told them whether they wanted to refund me or not , I was sending it back to them. I followed up with an email to both Gary and Kelly and asked if they had received the bottle opener and if they were processing my refund. well , no reply from either one. wow...all of this for a less then $5.00 refund ??? well, gary, you just lost my business and my respect for you and I have found another company that is willing to have my business. we were willing to spend hundreds of dollars with your company but I guess customer satisfaction is not important to you. This company is completely incompetent. If you are a Bride or Groom I would recommend getting all of your wedding needs elsewhere. My fiance and I ordered a unity sand set 3 weeks before the wedding. They emailed us back saying that it might not be ready for 3 weeks. My fiance phoned the company's representative saying that we needed it as soon as possible. They ensured us that if we did not get it personalized we would have it within the time frame needed. 6 days before our wedding we had not received the unity set so my finance had to email the company asking where our order was. They said that the representative that we had been communicating with was off for family reasons. After several frustrating emails, it was discovered that the company had cancelled our order WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING US!!!! This company obviously has communication issues and are extremely unreliable. If you do not want to be stressed out on your wedding day and actually want the products that you order to show up, then I would recommend using another company. read more
