John and Calvin got here, ran all kinds of tests, took the covers off the front and back, checked to make sure everything was working as it should be, and then figured out that the cold air from the freezer wasn't making it down into the cabinet because the wife had piled and packed the freezer full of stuff, blocking off the cold air fan. After they put everything back together and buttoned everything up, the difference was amazing. They never tried to sell me any parts I didn't need, were extremity courteous, and very knowledgeable about their line of work. All I paid for was the service call. I feel the price for service was very expensive given the work that was done vs the work I…read morerequested. There is a $60 fee just to look at the item, then the "total repair fee" minus the $60. The bare minimum of work was done on my unit. And unfortunately I have since learned that I overpaid big time. The cost of my repairs elsewhere comes up at about 50% of what I paid. Definitely shop around folks.
