I used this company once in the past. They claimed to have fixed my computer once before but the repair was not done and they took the computer back and repaired it again. I wrote it off since they did eventually fix the issue. This time: about 10 days ago I took my computer to this company. Tim was quite busy that day juggling callers and the front desk. He accepted my computer said I'm not sure how long it will take to repair since he has several folks in front of me. I explained this computer was needed for work. I called two or three days later Tim said he had not gotten to it. I waited and called again about a week after dropping off the computer. I collected and paid for the repair. I asked Tim: what was wrong with the computer Tim said: "I honestly don't remember". I asked about the computer. Tim said; "Its running like a top". Charge was for simple "tune up". Took the computer home....machine was still broken. Returned to store Tim said "well that's Microsoft in a box". "These cheap computers are made in the basement of buildings where they make good computers from the scrap that falls on the floor." I asked how long to fix again he said "I don't know I have 30 people in front of you, I'll try to push it through no guarantees". I asked "do you have a manager here or when is he expected?" Tim said "if I know that s__t my life would be much less stressful." I took my computer and left. His boss did call that day. I told him my plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge....he said "good I'll fight you". Nothing like what is the problem can we resolve this....nothing.

I was charged a $45.00 fee ( ransom) to get my unrepaired computer back. Red flags went up when I walked into their shop on 2 occasions ( a week apart) and there was no heat in the building on cold March days and the tech was working while wearing a hoodie, ( not the sign of a successful business).
