Local printer that is willing to help in an emergency situation. I had to order prayer cards for a funeral of a relative. I only had 2 hours before the service was supposed to start. I called and they told me to email the file and they handled printing and even cut the prayer cards for me. We need to have more businesses in the community that help like this. Is there a negative star rating? There should be. Please do not use this awful place for anything. They are so rude and nasty. My personal experience with them goes like this...small job of only 100 full page copies in 4 business days turned into 11 business days for post it sized copies. And that's how the cookie crumbled. Quoted one price and then charged roughly $100 more because they had to upload a separate "digital file" for printing. THEY DIDN'T DISCLOSE THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY QUOTE AND WHEN THEY CHARGED. They must use 1700s printing presses to charge a fee for a "3 setups on the digital press"... SETUPS???? Customer service was responsive on the phone and thru email. Dealt with Tom- Great Guy! I recommend this business to others for printing needs in Northern Broward. I have used Copans Printing for about 10 years now - recently I had a project I needed to get done rather quickly - first I was told by the staff that it would take a few weeks - to get the brochures ready - I wasn't very happy with that - but to my surprise they had them to me in about a week and a half. My company has dealt with Copans printing for many years. We have had different experiences, but most recently negative. A job which was promised in a few days (3) turned into 10 days of waiting. And to make the situation worse the person I had to deal with was extremely rude and unprofessional (Ron). The job was supposed to begin on Tuesday, received a call on Friday afternoon saying they had a problem with my file. They bent over backwards in customer support. And YES, they were super busy, super multi-tasking. Most small up-and-coming shops are like that. Your words!... A) You stayed many years.
