Just looking at the name you wouldn't think they were a main 'Canada Post' office, but in Oakridge,…read moreif you thought to go to the Bay (where it used to be located) you are wrong, and you better take the escalator up if you want to deliver your package! I've come here a few times, and I must say the guys working here are friendly, and provide the right advice as I had a package that I was trying to stuff, that looked like a ball when it was done, and they told me, if I was able to flatten it out, it would be cheaper to mail, as it's gotta fit into the slot. Saved me a few bucks, give you an extra star for that! Even on their busiest of times, like Christmas when everyone is sending everything from old Christmas cake, these guys get through the line-up fast. They also do passport photos here, and sell ink toner, how those two business relate is a question I'm still wondering, as there is one near my house that has this set-up too, I ain't questioning it. All I know is this is the closest place for me around my work that I can ship stuff on the good ol' Canada Post, even though sometimes I think their prices are a rip-off. It's a pretty store, setup with personal mail boxes, selling envelopes and boxes, and yet they still carry a name like 'Photo Express', go figure?

Their experience and teamwork makes you feel relaxed. They take photos for you in the store and they are even willing to do baby passport photos while most places will not. Fantastic customer service. Last time I left the Canada Post downtown on Davie just to come here instead. My box package wouldn't fit into bubble wrapper so I thought I needed to get a bigger box to put it in and buy bubble wrap in addition- the lady at the downtown location simply told me there was no bubble wrap larger than size 7 but had no alternative advice for me. When I went to Photo Express at Oakridge one of the young ladies recommended me package wrapping paper instead! This option and suggestion save me at least $10 and I ended up spending the same amount of money if I had just bought a bubble wrapper.

I called and was told that it was safe and could pick it up any time. Returned to Post Office around 3:45 and was reunited with my bag which had an iPad, Id's, Ccards and a fair ammount of 2 currencies. The young woman had checked the cameras to identify the owner of the bag. Have been using this post office fir years although not frequently and highly recommend them. A big "Thank you".

I was never rude like he would say (I am also from France, so maybe cultural barrier) , I just was so confused why there was no wifi so I had to go across the street to get wifi and then send something to the printing computer. Something printed incorrectly and I told him not to charge me for the misprinted item. He goes and says he needs to charge me. I agreed to just pay because whatever. I go and mumble literally "so dumb, whatever" under my breath cause I personally as a business owner would had grace for that situation if something went wrong with the printing service. Then he goes "what do think you just mumbled?" I said "it doesnt matter" - and he crumpled my papers and yelled at me to get out. #wasteofpaper #oldmentreatingwomanpoorly #getwifi

No. Just... no. I'm…read moreso so so very disappointed that this was SUCH an underwhelming experience. I needed to print and scan a few files from work and though this dual wield laptop savvy lady has tech out the wazoo... for some reason i've never gotten around to buying a printer. The job was simple - two 8''x11'' pages. No funny business. I needed to print, fill out a few details, & then scan for email purposes. I usually hit the FedEx on Broadway when stuff like this comes up but it was such a simple task that I didn't care to put in the drive time. Getting my morning mocha, I noticed Quality Printing right across the street. A printers a stones throw from the house? Why it must be my lucky day. ... First off, I went with laptop in tow but they couldn't connect my Mac to anything they had in store. Grumble. I had a USB drive on hand with the file queued just in case - nope, not having it. Instead, I was asked to use their computer. I logged in, opened my email, viewed the file and went to print. Nope - had to download it I was told (this particular file has some sensitive information). So I downloaded it, but then was not shown how to erase the file afterwards (i'm not PC savvy). I was informed it would be erased... but not shown that it was. And little did I know, I was getting charged for use of the computer the entire time. Now, usually this wouldn't bother me but as I came with not one, but TWO options to retrieve my file, I was a bit miffed. The whole ordeal ran me about $4 to print - which isn't anything to weep over but when you think that it was a mere two pieces of paper - that's $2 a copy. WHEW. The scanning side was significantly less painful but i'm still seeing scary red flag regarding that downloaded form. I don't usually commit to a low rating until after a few visits but based on how uncomfortable I felt and how few and far between I use a printer - i'll break my rule for this occasion. I'm not saying I wont be back - laziness usually wins over so I might give this place another shot as it's so darn close to the house, but oof - first impressions were completely lacking.

Less one star for limited selection of shirts (all men's sizes, few colours) and printing options and some communication problems at the beginning of the transaction. But it turned out well, so whatever.
