Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!! When I came to point this out to them 4 months after the job was printed, they just laughed, like it was real funny. This was a printing job that cost me over $6000. They literally did not care. I could not make them understand or even accept what a major inconvenience this was. They literally acted like I was a nuisance, bothering them. Their service could be better. Much better because I came in wanting to print a funeral program. And the guy asked for my USB which I gave him. And he didn't even ask me to come over to the computer with him. He just looked at me as if I didn't know what to do (which I didn't cause he never said anything to me). The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. If they don't improve. Time to move on cause there are companies that do take their service seriously.
