Emails sent to Mr. Velasquez about status of our order documenting that we reached out to him several times, asking for status of our shipment. 2. Our formal letter to J.P. Morgan Payments (Card Operations Dpmnt) making a formal claim against Power Punch Signs & Printing. Let me start by saying that my company is a reputable firm that provides equipment and services to the wind power industry. We came across Power Punch Signs & Printing (what we know consider a fraudulent, dishonest company) online. They pretty much "took our money" and "ran." At first, communication was great - they responded quickly and provided email samples of the banners we wanted. Once we placed our order and submitted payment of roughly $1,000 everything changed. We never received the goods we paid for. At first (when he was still responding), we only received excuses and delays. Then, despite multiple attempts on our part to get a hold of him (phone calls and emails), Mr. Velasquez suddenly stopped answering emails/calls. Two employees (myself included) called him from our personal cell phones and then he would pick up the phone. He would ask if he could "call back in 15 minutes." Needless to say, he never called back After months of trying to get a resolution, we did not receive our order, nor did we receive a refund. We strongly encourage prospective customers to NOT do business with this company. Our 1 star review is not related to poor quality of their service or products. They literally stole our money.
