It was about 90°F outside, and they didn't have air conditioning, so I felt a little suffocated while I was inside. I think their parcel service is good, but they need to improve the overall customer experience by providing proper air conditioning or better ventilation. I needed to get fingerprints for a program I applied for and looked for places that provided them. I saw this place on Yelp and rushed over there since they were about to close in 30mins on Saturday. I know I know, I didn't plan this well but I made it. I didn't have to wait long and I asked for the finger print service. I did not know I had to bring in paperwork since it wasn't mentioned by the program I was applying for but thankfully they knew what paperwork I needed and had it printed there (have to pay for bw copy since I didn't print it myself). Flat rate cost of $20 (service fee) + government fee of whatever reason you need to get fingerprinted for (ORI code). I came here yesterday to get several copies of legal documents. At first, I wasn't clear on the size but needed 5 copies of each pages the document. After the first print, I realized that it was the wrong size and asked for the 8 by 14 paper. Dipesh made several copies and ended up using at least 30 -8×10 papers. Finally after printing the right size and amount, he charged me only for the amount I asked for. He was very gracious that I gave him a tip for the wasted paper.
