i juat bought an old clasic car and i have been ordering parts some are wrong and have to be sent back ! i have only done returns with amazon up to this point !! so i had to look for an authorized fed ex place to return my items through and xame accross print n' parcel!! well i had no idea thst at these kinds of places if u dont do things right anything u need to make it right ro ship is a cost!! even for a pieceof tape!! but at this place it was either the owner/mgr or maybe just an employee that made my exp great!! his name was Dipesh Patel! as i explained to him that i did not know how it all works and he explained the rules as i noted above!! so after he helped me prepare my package for shipping i asked how much i owed him for the tape and he said the costs isnt for the tape but my time bc he doesnt get that much buisness!! i told him i totally understood that!! and i didnt hesitate to ask him again how much inowwd him and he told me to nevermind there was no charge!! i was so taken back by his act of kidness that we started talking about my classic car and inwas telling him thst him and i were probably going to be doing alot of buissness together in the future!! now get this as i was leaving he says to me hey would u like a steering wheel for ur car! he said i dont if it will fit but i jave one here in the back!! so he goest to the back and brings it out !! as i look at it i can see it was new but i wasnt sure if it would fit my car. so i said how much did u want for it and he said nothing its free to u so please take it!! what a great guy!! as i aaid i cant say enough about him!! but if u want to do me a favor!! if u have anythin g that requiers u to ship or return please take a little time and consider going to this buisness and use them unwont regret it and if Dipesh Patel is there tell him the guy u gave the steering wheel to said hi !! thanks everyone read more
