After initial contact to explain the project all seemed fine, we paid up front. Then they ghosted me for weeks. I kept trying to contact them so we could work out the details of the project and try with samples first because it was a tricky production. Silence. At this point I am panicking because I had already paid and I am running out of time. Then they come back with a suboptimal product, poorly produced but I had to bite my tongue because I had already paid and needed it for the event. A couple of months later, the product (a wall plaque) fell apart on its own, so reluctantly I contacted iCrafts. As you can imagine never heard from them. The colors were off and muted, smaller text and lines came out blurry, and some of the graphics came out misshapen. We decided to try working with a local print shop instead.
