This place is no Chick Fil A service oriented business. I had to drop off a pre paid package, not to many UPS locations, like only 1 literally. Walk in it was like a scene from a movie! I thought maybe I farted n didn't know it. Not 1 single employee says hello, welcome, nada!! All I get is a mouth gaping open stare. You could tell NO ONE wanted to be there, shocker- the new American business model. I'm an older guy fed up n frustrated with this model, so I stare back. I guess he got the message, finally asked if I was dropping off a package. I guess next time I won't wear my Freddy Kruger mask (JK)!!! Scanned pkage n off I go. dropped package off with return label. 13 days later tracking number shows it's still in the store. Went to speak to the clerk about my package and why it hasn't left the store. The clerk's reply, "It did leave the store. We repackage it and assign a new tracking number." I contacted UPS Customer Service HUB to see if this was standard practice and the manage at the UPS HUB stated it wasn't. What do you think happen? Someone has sticky fingers. 1star isn't worth giving this place,the scales are not calabrated,they are charging you more,unless you complain to them that's it's not accurate.The assistant manager has no communication skills,very unprofessional and screamed and hung up on me on the phone.The supplies are doubled in price.I will file a complaint with ups,but I don't think they even care.I ve tried to call ups store corporate,the phone just rings,not worth my time in sending a email,just take your business somewhere else read more

absolute WORST store! employee lied of my package details when my package wasn't delivered, saying that they would re-attempt to deliver, never happened. I never received a call, email, or text saying my package was being help at the store. All of a sudden the same moment that they were returning to sender, the added on my package details "receiver contacted and will be arriving at store to pick up package" and 3 minutes after, "receiver did not pick up package, package is being returned to sender". mind you I've called every single day at least 5 time back to back, no answer. Yeah i can just call the sender and ask to re send the package. this package was purchased because I needed it in 2 days for a major plan that consisted of reserving a lot of money, relying on UPS not to screw me. now I am out a bunch of money and UPS couldn't do anything other than say "call UPS". what a joke. Walked in to drop off a package for amazon and the employee never acknowledged my greeting to her as we made eye contact. She was in the back, looked at me and I said hello, she said nothing. She didn't say anything to me until she stood by the register and then said hello (in an unfriendly tone) and asked what I needed. I told her that I was going to drop off a package to be shipped back to amazon. She asked for the barcode, I showed her and then I said thank you so much. She didn't ask me if I needed anything else, I said that's all I need. She said ok I again thanks her and wished a great day and walked out. read more

I will no longer be sending any packages from this location or giving them any type of business. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and incompetent when it came to their policies. She was not going give me a package under my husbands name that was delivered to OUR address (clearly marked on my Texas issued drivers license showing the matching addresses.) Not until the manager stepped in and corrected her did I get our package. She did not even have the common courtesy to apologize for being rude and telling me I could not pick up our package. Very disappointing because I've always had great service from the young man who works there, such a shame how one person can ruin a business. read more

You cannot even mail a letter from this store. I was told "we do not offer that service". When I showed her the website stating the services they offered, she got agitated & told me that was not their website. Then I thought, wait, the US post office goes to every address in the country, they just didn't want to bother. Also, employees leave the store & lock the doors for hours during regular business hours, then get upset when there is a line upon return. Don't wast your time here. read more
