If I could rate this a Zero I would. The staff is rude; every time I walked into this place I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Working in customer service for 10 years, I know a thing or two about to to provide good service and this is definitely NOT even poor service... it's PATHETIC! I had received gift certificates from a friend for 500 business cards and had forgotten about them until a month before they expired (6/30/13). I turned in a request with the certificate and all my contact info June 20th at the latest. Cards should have been finished in less than a week (it's just a little ink on cardstock... not too complicated). I had not heard from them in two weeks so I called. Was told the girl who cuts the cards was not in, but she would have them done by the next day and would call me. A week later no call. Just called them today... still not done, but they were cutting them right then (how convenient). When I spoke with the manager she had made the comment "well they were free." Excuse me? Just because someone is using a gift certificate and is not "spending money" on it, it does not mean you can give them a crappy product and even crappier service! When I picked them up, they told me the ticket for my request said I turned it in July 1st (weird seeing as though my gift certs expired June 30th). They looked horrible. They were cut crooked on over half of them, so the writing looked slanted. Bad Product BAD Service. I will not be back!!!!!!! If they had provided half decent service and a good product I would have used them for other marketing needs and referred them, but honestly, I made them shred my business cards because I was embarrassed to give them out.
