Very Good service and prices, I have seen 3 or 4 different young ladies in there and they have all been friendly and helpful. Great prices for b&w printing! Color is not bad if you just need a few sheets. read more

If I could rate this a Zero I would. The staff is rude; every time I walked into this place I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Working in customer service for 10 years, I know a thing or two about to to provide good service and this is definitely NOT even poor service... it's PATHETIC! I had received gift certificates from a friend for 500 business cards and had forgotten about them until a month before they expired (6/30/13). I turned in a request with the certificate and all my contact info June 20th at the latest. Cards should have been finished in less than a week (it's just a little ink on cardstock... not too complicated). I had not heard from them in two weeks so I called. Was told the girl who cuts the cards was not in, but she would have them done by the next day and would call me. A week later no call. Just called them today... still not done, but they were cutting them right then (how convenient). When I spoke with the manager she had made the comment "well they were free." Excuse me? Just because someone is using a gift certificate and is not "spending money" on it, it does not mean you can give them a crappy product and even crappier service! When I picked them up, they told me the ticket for my request said I turned it in July 1st (weird seeing as though my gift certs expired June 30th). They looked horrible. They were cut crooked on over half of them, so the writing looked slanted. Bad Product BAD Service. I will not be back!!!!!!! If they had provided half decent service and a good product I would have used them for other marketing needs and referred them, but honestly, I made them shred my business cards because I was embarrassed to give them out. THEY should be embarrassed too. read more

I noticed the online page is quick and simple. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years. I'm still glad and can recommend Instant Copy, however for the basic budget and simple needs at these prices, am now motivated to attempt our printing ourselves since my Canon color LaserJet printer was not even double the cost of what we spent here!

It cost me $0.40 per page printed in color. The results were quite nice - they use a laser printer. There is no self-service - if you are printing from a file, you'll have to have an employee help. Even though this seems like a drawback, I was in and out faster than I probably would have been at a Kinko's (no, there's not one in the area). They are definitely not setup for multiple customers at once, but there was no line when I went. The other weird thing is the computer upfront is a Mac so we had to use the computer in back (the owner's office?) to access my file. So it's nice that they support both, but I'm not sure if I would have been able to print if the owner/supervisor wasn't there.
