This was a cute little laundromat. It's located in a small town stuck in time. It's located in…read moreMarshall Indiana. They have the basic washers and dryer's that are coin operated. They also have soap vending machines and change machine. They have games to play and a food and drink vending machine. The best thing I think about this laundromat is the fact that it look like it was out of the old movie. You could do your laundry and right outside the window kids were riding their bikes, people were waking the dogs, people were laughing, etc. and then the beautiful view of the old buildings across the way was just the icing on the cake.

(We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.

Sent an estimate of over 3 thousand dollars to fix it. Finally called someone else and 140 dollars later fixed and not a single issue. Today I walked into the store with one of the sweatshirts I bought from here a couple weeks ago. I looked around for a while and picked out a nice shirt I wanted to buy. Then I had to use the bathroom and knew that they had a bathroom. But, I was trying to be polite and asked the girl that was working there if they had a bathroom. She responded "No." I knew that they had a bathroom and decided to not buy the shirt. I walked away and talked to my boyfriend, who said, he had used the bathroom there before. Then I called my father because we were here a couple weeks ago when I bought something. I asked him if he used the bathroom here before and he responded yes. Then I contacted and asked my roommate if she had used it before, and she also responded yes. At this point I knew 3 people that had used this bathroom before, so I decided to go back and confront the girl working. I told her that My dad, roommate, and boyfriend had used the bathroom before and she was speechless. She responded nervously, and said "I was told we are not allowed to let people use the bathroom." I was very confused because she responded "No" to having a bathroom, so now all of a sudden, they do have a bathroom? She lied to me and was VERY nervous to talk to me. She should have told me that in the first place, because then we would have not had a problem. Let me tell you, I have been to this store MANY times and every time I come into this store I am greeted. But this time, the girl did NOT greet me. She was on her computer the entire time, never asked if I needed any help, and was also eating Blaze pizza. She was very rude from the beginning. All I did was confront her, and she did not respond well. She told me I was yelling and her and I was very defensive, when all I was doing was confronting her. I then asked for her name, and the managers contact information. She did not provide me with her full name, and also just gave me the first name of the manager. What am I supposed to do with that? How am I supposed to complain about an employee if I do not have any contact information. So I asked her for his information, and she said "I am not allowed to give you any of his information." WHAT!? How is anyone able to talk to the manager of the store? He or she does not know what is going on with their employees. I would have understood if there were many people in the store, or if there was an event going on that I could not use the bathroom. But instead she responded "No," because she was too lazy to give a customer an explanation. I am not sure why there is a policy of not letting customers use the bathroom, because I clearly was a customer. I showed her the sweater I was wearing, and showed her the same sweaters on the rack next to me that I had bought a few weeks ago. I was a customer here and was about to buy something. I have surely already told people about my experience here and they have responded that they have had similar experiences here with the employees. I am going to further my research on finding the manager of this store, so I can explain to him or her what happened. I hope no one has this experience here because it was very alarming and shocking.
