The Printery gave our small business exceptional service when printing up our business cards. We used to get our cards at a now defunct print shop and were told that our card file had been transferred to the Printery. We ordered cards and despite being assured the card quality would match, they did not quite match our previous cards. The paper felt and looked different on the cards they printed up for us even though the name of the card stock was the same listed in our file. We talked with Lisa and she offered to use a higher quality paper and print them again at no extra cost. Excellent customer service. read more

I was in at the same time as reviewer Kristena L. I was in town visiting my parents, printing a few post cards to bring home to my friends and family. The two women working were helpful and lovely. Kristena L was impatient, rude, and didn't appear to want to listen to the cashier, and it seemed like the woman being trained would have been more than happy to help if the reviewer I mentioned had allowed it. I, myself, was thrilled with the service, and tipped extra to make up for that rudeness. read more

Good finished product, but the customer service was really horrible. I was quickly dismissed with my questions and was made to feel like they had something better to do. I wouldn't go back and would rather go somewhere else, even drive a ways or maybe order online in order to be treated well by someone who cared about their customers. read more

I use the services of the Printery, on a weekly basis. I'm a metal sculptor and fabricator. I need drawings, sketches and designs printed, enlarged, darkened, etc...so I can move forward with my builds. The Women who run the shop day to day, do a wonderful job, and they have to put up a LOT of whiny customers, people who complain at the drop of a hat. No tip, no thank you. just complaints. I have no room in my life for people like that. In my business, we have a zero tolerance policy. If the customer wants to have a pissy day, they can have it somewhere else. simple. The girls who run the day to day customer business, do a great job, SO pay no attention to these whiners.
