Print quality and shipping speed are fine. The customer service is incredibly lacking. They say they will send you a proof to approve before they charge your card and then just charge you and ship your order without getting the final go ahead. When I complained (without asking for anything), they got really defensive as if they get a lot of chargebacks. The language in their terms and refund policy is also really defensive as if a lot of customers want their money back. I feel like I got lucky once but don't trust them with subsequent orders especially if something were to go wrong and there was a need for them to make things right (see the "not recommended" reviews for similar sentiments). read more

I wish I could give them a lower review. They put my orders on the wrong stock, charged me to fix their mistake. They cut things wrong, refused a refund despite their "100% satisfaction guarantee." Team members were rude and evasive. They even gave me two sets of single sided prints instead of one set of double sided. They are either careless or lazy. I wasted countless hours trying to work through problems and even more to try to get a refund their website promises. They did not deliver on that promise at all. While we prefer working with printers based in Montana, PFL has unfortunately fallen short on our expectations. We were quoted incorrectly on a job twice. The first time our client accepted the increase in cost, the second time around we could not expect the same from our client and asked PFL to pay for the different (seeing as it was their error - for the second time). They have not agreed to take on the cost for their error and our studio will bare the cost. We will not be working with this printer again. We would rather look outside of our state if we need to. read more

If I could give them zero stars i would... I got their name off of the USPS EDDM website. I contacted Printing For Less and was quoted a price of $399 verbally and in an email. They asked for my credit card but assured me I wold not be charged until I approved the proof. Twenty minutes later I received an email saying the credit card had been charged for $399. I was surprised but kept the faith. I then received an email two hours later saying that my credit card was going to be charged for $593. I called the customer representative and she told me the original quote was a mistake and that they would only charge me $504. I want to point out that there had been no change to the order and no additional contact since the original quote was received. Total scam... At that point I said cancel the order. The customer service rep started back pedaling at that moment and said that my original contact would call me in the morning. This company is a scam...... Do not do business with them... read more

They treat their on demand works (the ones who do all of the piece work) like absolute dirt. They moved them into a room with no windows and no music (everyone else gets music). They gave a bs excuse as to why that is. Also, they installed a camera only in that room and claim its for safety issues. Right. They claim that the on demanders are free to conversation while working, but when they do talk (keep in mind, they're hands are always working) the big boss/ice queen Emma comes around and bitches to the on demand manager (who's a super nice guy). Or she'll even pull a person out herself and tell them to stop talking and get to work and then write them up. It's like a sweatshop. It seems they value their employees who sit at a desk and treat to ones so work in the bindery or that sweat shop of a room like crap. The on demand works are the bottom of the barrel. I guarantee if their was a union involved, half the crap Big Brother pulls would not be tolerated. Find someone else to do your printing for you. read more

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I was to have received business cards from them through a new branding campaign for my company. They printed my cards completely off the right colors and when I tried to work with them to get the right colors printed based on the files I sent them from my designer, they pretty much just said screw you, its not our fault and we are not re-printing the cards. So technically while only out $40, the service was horrific and they had no intentions of making a customer happy. This is the only reason I'm writing a review. Coincidently, I had the same files printed at the same time for a quick group of cards from VistaPrint and the cards were absolutely perfect and in MUCH better quality and print then the crummy cards from this company with alignment not right and bleeds incorrect as well. Definitely would NEVER do business with this company again! read more
