I have had a mail box at the Livingston, MT, UPS Store for years and have always been pleased. When we are away, they forward our mail to us wherever we are and dependably hold our packages until we return. Tim, the owner, and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Livingston, a bedroom community to Bozeman, has a small-town friendly attitude and the UPS Store is part of that friendly fabric. read more

UPS Store 2420 has a formal complaint filed against them with UPS Store corporate HQ. They consistently overcharge customers by misstating a package size. UPS guidelines require that they round down equal to or less than 1/2" and round up if over 1/2". For example a 16" X 12 1/4" X 5 3/4" package would be priced as 16" X 12" X 6". My experience today had them price it as 17" X 13" X 7". The difference in cost was +20.6%. When I instructed the clerk that she had done it wrong her reply was "that's how I was trained". I'll bet - every unscrupulous business owner would love to overcharge unsuspecting customers 20%. read more

These folks packed and shipped an antique carousel horse from Georgia to Montana. Not only did they do a beautiful job of packing, crating, and shipping the item, they were always responsive and a delight to deal with. read more

ZERO RESULTS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I paid for a full postcard mailing service, including printing and delivery to USPS. The tracking supposedly shows the order was "delivered to the DDU," yet not a single recipient received a postcard. When I reached out, I was told the job was "done correctly" on their end and that it was now my responsibility to contact USPS. That's not what a full service mailing should mean. If I hire someone to handle my campaign, I expect them to advocate for me and ensure the job is completed--not wash their hands of it the moment it's dropped off. I received no refund, only excuses. Paying for 100% of a service and receiving 0% of the results is completely unacceptable.

I would give this place 5 stars because the place does a good job. But they ripped me and my husband off. I went to the store to ship an item via UPS the other week. I was told the UPS Ground charge would be about $15. Fine so far. Then I asked the guy who worked there if he could find a smallish box that could accommodate the item I was shipping. He went to the back of the store, inserted my items into the box, then threw in a few peanuts. The whole thing took 4 mins or less of his time. When he charged my card for shipping+supplies, the initial $15 UPS suddenly shot up to $33 -- so, that's $18 he charged us for the small box, a few peanuts, and some tape. Excuse me? $18 for a small box and a some peanuts? Although they did a good job, charging me $18 is pretty unconscionable. I will never go in there again. Be careful when you go in there. Do your packing elsewhere and then take it in. Be forewarned. read more

The manager (her name was Becca I think?) was an absolute bitch to me, so I asked if the owner was around and a young looking boy with dark hair came out to "help", but he was a complete dick to me as well! I would drive the 26 miles to go to the UPS store in Bozeman any day just so I wouldn't have to deal with these two! read more
