I sent them an e-mail and within 24 hours I had a response from Anthony. After a quick phone call, he gave me a list of details he needed to know (color, font, graphics). I had to ask five students and call the FedEx office within the University five times before I could find it. I had called previously and they should've just told me that it's within Stony Brook University... just awful.
