I have used printing works several times over the last year and recieved good printing and good pricing. However, just last week I sent my wife in to get some printing done and had an issue. They printed 125 programs for a wedding for us and 65 of them had a pink line through the program. When brought to the owners attention, he said no one would notice and we should just take them. My wife disagreed and asked him to fix only the messed up ones. He obliged and did so on a different copier, which gave different results, therefore we had two sets of programs with two color differnces. My wife asked to have them all printed on one copier so they would look the same as there was a drastic difference between the two. He got very upset and told her he did not want her business and she should leave...What kind of customer service was that? Before he told her to leave he said he would do them over for an additional $10 and she said she would pay the difference, but was unsure why she should since it was not her fault for the issue...that is when he kicked her out and began to yell. I do not advise you to use this guy, she ended up going next door and was able to get them done in 20 minutes and for less money...at Staples, done with a smile by the shift manager. read more

I went in to print invites for my daughters birthday party. There was a line but he worked through the line very quick and even cut my invites for me and had envelopes! Highly recommended! read more

They are fast and good if you need anything last minute but the owner ran out of a certain paper and didn't have enough to finish. He had to use another type. I was a little disappointed because no offer of any discount either. But other than that they are good. read more

I am impressed with the attention to detail given by the owner Ali. No matter how little or big the job, he always takes time to come out from behind those machines and carefully listen and offer his expert opinion. Whether it's a 5¢ copy or paper that needs to be cut, or brochures to be made, Ali never compromises on quality. He is extremely patient, knowledgable, polite, courteous and professional. He actually listens. And cares. He gives you ideas to save you money even if he's not getting the business. I wanted to get my business cards done at his shop and because I was pressed for time, I had vista print do it. He said 'That's ok, they are good too. When you have time, you can order here, I will need to get graphic guy go over the image so it's good quality'. You don't find quality 5¢ copies in the entire Inland Empire except at Printing works. High quality job at very affordable prices. They do pretty much anything. Stop wasting your money at Staples, Office max and all. This place is a joke. The guy quoted me 35 cents per page to print a color document. However, my file is on a usb.. So he told me to stick my usb in the computer at the counter. We opened the file and and asked for one copy each to test the quality. He promptly replied "Okay if you want, I do charge to use the computer." $1.50 for five minutes I believe.. We were not there for too long, but two color prints ended up costing us $1.50. I'd rather go to Kinkos. read more

no. no. and no. This copy center is always crowded. It is run by a few immigrants who speak English when it's convenient. They are confused and the copy machines need to be cleaned. They did 500 resumes with spots. I had to throw them out! read more

Mr. Ali is incredibly nice and understanding. I went to copy 420 pages of material on New Years Eve and went in right about when they were going to close. He kept the shop open for two more hours WILLINGLY! If that's not awesome customer service, then I don't know what is. I have been using Printing Works for over fifteen years! I work in a consulting firm and we often need to prepare professional proposals for government contracts. The printing quality must be good. Many proposals include different cover sheets that need to be laminated, or using different weight papers, different dividers, inserts with different size papers. I was always in a rush against submittal deadline. I have tried other printing shops but not happy with them because of mistakes and long lead time. Mr. Ali's shop is different. They have so many machines running at the same time so I always got my proposals done within few hours. The qualities were always perfect and I loved the prices too. I also noticed that many of his customers have known him for years and we would talked about how much we love Mr. Ali's printing shop as there is no one place like his! Highly recommended you give a try and maybe you will become another loyal customer like me. I want to write this long due review for Mr. Ali. I rode my bike to this plaza so i could buy a few things at the thrift store next door. Unfortunately, they did not allow me to store my bike inside the shop. I went to this store, talked with Mr. Ali, and he let me store my bike inside! He took my bike and stored it in the back of the shop, what a great guy. read more

Went in there for a few copies of a resume. The man at the counter would not give me a set price for black and white copies. After waiting for the customers in front of me, he let me get on the computer. After I printed, he charged $1.50 for a SINGLE COPY and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Next time I'll just go to the library to print something out. read more
