As a result my product ordered from Millan did not arrive. I spoke to UPS and they said they would update my post code on the order and that the driver would contact me if they were struggling. The next day my order was due at 3:10 and I phoned UPS and my address had not been added to the order and the driver had not contacted me. It was clear from the map that the driver had not even gone to my town which was actually on the system. I have advertised my seller to switch to another carrier where promises are kept and delivery drivers care about customer service. There are plenty of good carriers out there so avoid this one.

They never provided any proof of said audit and the burden of proof rested on me for some reason. Luck would have it that I had pictures from lots of different angles. That should be it, right? Wrong! Once I sent these pictures that clearly showed the correct size, they went on to reject the appeal quoting different numbers from the pictures. Numbers different from those I used when booking and the ones in the audit. They either have problems with their eyesight, are incompetent or acting in bad faith.. or possibly all of the above. I also sent a parcel and the recipient had changed addresses. They took forever trying to decide if they could change the address, eventually saying they couldn't and had to return it. They continued the delivery process anyway and said they couldn't return it until they had attempted delivery. Had to wait for weeks to get it back. When it came back the box and contents were damaged. I got no refund. I then tried to send it again but to the buyer's new address. Filled in the form online and selected the country from the list, then a new list appeared with the county options and so on. Minutes after the collection when I called to confirm something else, they told me the country was incorrect. How can that be? the postcode, city and county were correct on the label and these can only be chosen from a specific list which appears after choosing the country. It is obviously some issue in their system. The parcel hadn't even reached the depot to be shipped out. Their response? When calling they said they would contact me. After several messages, I received an automated copy and paste response saying they would not refund the charges and it would be returned at some point... and no way to knowing when. I am giving up on this order. I've offered the option for the buyer to arrange collection himself and I will refund the delivery costs, or to give him a full refund. I just don't want to deal with UPS anymore. At this point I am paying to give the buyer the product he purchased. I am moving to amazon fulfilment. Hopefully that means I won't have to deal with these muppets anymore. I have lost about 200 to 220 quid in charges and fees not refunded. Not to include the time wasted and the furious buyers. I even had issues with Ebay due to UPS and Parcelhero (some orders were via parcelhero and others directly with UPS).

I ordered some items from Japan and noticed that the company was sending them to my old address. I…read morecontacted FedEx, long before my package had even reached the UK, and asked them to change the delivery address. They said no problem, it would take 24-48hrs and confirmed that my package would be delivered to my new address. Well, imagine my surprise when they delivered it to my old address. I raised a case with them and they confirmed that the change of address had been requested on their system but not actioned. Now, and I nearly fell off my chair they are claiming that my request to change the address was AFTER they had already delivered I pointed out that they have the chats. I had two chats with their reps. The first was the change request and the second an escalation when they delivered to the wrong address. I know they have both chats as the agent on the second chat said he would attach the second chat to the escalation. FedEx claim that there is no way to identify the date and time of the chats, something I don't believe for a second. I'd they just read the content of the first chat, even if they can't find the date, it would be obvious from the dialogue that the chat was pre delivery. FedEx know they cocked up and are just trying to cover it up. Shame on you FedEx!

worst post office ive ever used…read more staff are clueless; always try to overcharge me, and some cannot understand english; trying to post overseas seems to be a particular impossibility; -"id like to send this airmail to america, please". ~"first class?' -"no, just airmail. to america." ~'where's it going?" -"america. normal airmail, please." ~"you want signed for?" -"no thanks, normal airmail" ~"where's it going?" -"america". ~ "you want insurance?" nightmare. being a large space, the owners have divvied off sections round the edge to extra 'businesses', so there are now grumpy looking dudes doing phone unlocking, watch repairs etc. its always dirty, with rubbish strewn around the floor, marks on the wall etc, and dodgy looking wiring hanging out of the ceiling in a couple of places. there are shabby stands selling cheap and useless stuff like cheap paperbacks no one ever wants to read or buy. worst of all are the post office staff though- most of whom are REALLY surly, incompetent to the point of potentially deliberate dishonesty. they seem incapable of basic common sense; a couple of times parcel force have unhelpfully decided to leave parcels for me there, rather than back at the parcel force depot. every single time kentish town post office staff have been unable to find my parcels, meaning ive had to get parcel force to collect from kt, then take to their depot- all taking a couple of days and much hassle. most annoying is that they routinely try to overchage me; things i know to be small parcels they try to over charge as large parcels; i then post them correctly as small ones at camden.

We spent several days in the Kings Cross neighborhood of London and were fortunate to find Mail Boxes Etc. We received outstanding customer service -- prompt responses to e-mails, help with packing, etc. If you find yourself in a similar situation, this is a convenient way to handle it. (And cost is similar to Post Office "economy" service, which is slower at both shipping and communicating.)

They offer all the services of a Post Office and more and at similar prices too. No more walking in the rain for me!
