I initially reached out through Yelp and worked with Juan G., who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was able to provide me with a quote quickly, making the whole process easy from the start. When it came time to schedule, Jen was fantastic to work with over the phone. She answered any and all questions I had and was able to get my Silverado scheduled on short notice, which I really appreciated. Jen was just as helpful when I arrived in person. She took the time to walk me through the different tint options and applications, explained exactly what I was purchasing, and made sure I understood what to expect both during and after the installation. I never felt rushed or pressured and really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with my choices. The installers also did an excellent job on the truck. The finished tint looks great -- clean installation with zero bubbles, wrinkles, or other issues that I could see. Everything came out exactly as I had hoped, and I'm extremely happy with the finished product and how it looks on the Trail Boss. Overall, excellent communication, customer service, and quality of work from everyone I interacted with. I told him I was a single mom and had 2 children and that a website was NOT on the top of my priorities. He insisted, he then told me it would be 300.00 for the business name. I paid him that, and then he added more fees. I never asked to have a web site, so keep that in mind. This was almost 2 years ago I believe. At Christmas last year he threatened to take me to court and was going to sue me if I didn't give him a 100.00 payment. I complied. Thinking I was doing the right thing. He then told me then that he needed to pay the person he hired to do my website. 1st off I didn't have the $ to pay him why would he think I could pay someone else????? He offered his services and then sold the work to someone else!!! Here we are and he is posting slandering things about me on my business page. I would never recommend him to do any work for you, he stole my host name that I paid for, I have no access to it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE
