I came here to get an price and availability for some memorial stickers and was told they would get back to me with a quote I'm still waiting it has been 2 weeks now. I called to check in with them still haven't heard and update at this point there's no point in getting these sticker anymore left me high and dry thought I'll support local business but guess maybe my order has no value or doesn't make business sense. I needed heat transfer vinyls for my brand. It took more than a week for 6 small pieces, which I told them I needed it before the next week ends. Right when I got my heat transfer vinyls, it was terribly done. Right when they gave me the transfers, I had to push down some of the vinyl because they weren't sticking together. It'd be nice to have a local person to go to for my business but I'm not coming back. Communication was there but the artwork was horrible. read more

He was so helpful and such an amazing communicator. The finished product was beautiful and many of the guests commented on the perfect design and content. I had 11 pages to fax. I think it was 16 buck for this job. Then I had it done again another 16 buck. Ok this is very important for me so 32 buck. The second time it took them 4 attempts. They got mad at me because there fax machine would not work. The older lady actually told me that I should go to kinkos. I was near a Kinko's earlier but I wanted to suport my local business. I told them that next time I would go to kinkos for "everything". Wow. Sure 32 bucks does not matter. If the local people dont buy then buy buy. read more

my daughter and I stumbled upon this gem the other day by accident. If I could give ten stars I would. we were searching for somewhere to print out some forms for the dmv before the dmv closed. so we rushed in and were warmly welcomed and helped by the nicest woman. I wish I got her name but I didn't. she was clearly very busy but helped us get our papers printed right away and we made it back to the dmv before closing! Just spoke to a very close friend and business partner. She was telling me that this company did the business cards for her new fingerprinting company that she just opened up. She had 500 of them made and in the print they misspelled a word. She went back to them and asked them to please correct the problem since they are the ones who misspelled the word. They said they would only redo them if she paid for them all over again because she approved the print. Assuming the printing department knew how to SPELL, she was focused in on the graphics rather than the print. Learned about J&J Printing as they are a approved vendor for my son's elementary school, Great Valley Academy Modesto. Needed new uniform shirts with short notice as discovered that my son had grown 2 sizes over the summer on the 1st day back to school. Went in on a Monday to order new shirts as the size I needed is not a standard stock size. Staff was super nice, helpful, and efficient when placing the order and gave me a time frame for pickup. Called 3 days later to see if my order was ready for pickup as 4 day wait was expressed at time of order and discovered it was already ready. Receptionist volunteered to help me after hours to ensure I got my son's shirts that same day. This company demonstrated great courtesy and went above and beyond on the customer service. They even folded my shirts into an old fashioned paper/twine gift bag for pickup and had my receipt waiting when I connected. However, I must say I am quite surprised to see Adrina T not take responsibility for their own mistake. Yes there was errors on some of my printing and what was their mistake they gladly took care of and what was mine, the proof reading, I didn't even bother to bring it up to them because it was my mistake not theirs. However, I will have it corrected by next print and be more diligent on my proof reading and perhaps will have others read before hand because each person is going to notice something different.
