    My colleagues and I were planning an album release party for a singer we manage and decided (one…read moreweek before the event) that we wanted to have some type of merchandise to represent this project. With short notice, I was having a hard time finding a print shop that would accommodate me. I finally found Manny and his team at Express Sign & Graphics and they made the impossible possible! LET ME JUST SAY - it's always important to respect a business's normal turnaround time and to be mindful of other orders they may have to fulfill. When I inquired, I was ready to receive and accept a firm "unfortunately, we cannot" from them, but to my surprise, they were able to make this happen. I sent Manny my order request with a mockup, he sent me the invoice, I paid it, and he gave me a pickup date and time. When I came to pickup my order a few days later, it was packed in a box, ready and waiting for me! Before I left the shop, Manny showed me the final product and it was perfect! The t-shirts ended up being a huge hit at the release party and I'm so thankful to everyone at Express Sign & Graphics. They are a family owned business and offer a bunch of different printing services, even embroidery! Their print quality is top notch and the customer service I received was amazing. I will definitely be back when I need more work done!

    Went in to have something laminated there was nobody waiting in that department there was a…read moregentleman sitting back there he ask me what do I need I told him just need this laminated he said when do you want to pick it up I said I would wait since it was about 5 minutes of work he told me that he was told by corporate that it would be a hour minimum regardless I found it out to be really terrible service since it was not even busy I drove over to the ups store walked in was greeted and they did it in 5 minutes great customer service and great attitude not like staples were they don't care if you need work done take it to ups they are happy to help you

I was second in the Amazon return line, and there was only one associate working. When it was my turn, she turned to help the checkout line instead, which about four people were waiting there. At first, I understood since she had just helped the person ahead of me, but instead of alternating between the two lines, she kept assisting checkout customers one after another while leaving the Amazon return line completely unattended. After she moved on to the third checkout customer, I finally spoke up and said, "Excuse me, can't you see I've been waiting here?" She turned to me and responded, "Yes, I know. I'm the only one working right now. Give me a few minutes," and continued serving the rest of the checkout line. When the line was cleared out and the associate finally came back to assist me, I asked if the checkout line had priority, and she said she just had to "clear the line first." If that's the policy, then what's the point of having separate lines? Customers in the Amazon return line shouldn't be made to feel invisible just because the store is short-staffed. It's not about impatience -- it's about fairness and respect for everyone's time. A potential few minute visit turned into a 15-20 minute visit. SMH For management's reference, the associate was a woman in her late 20s with glasses, pink-dyed hair, and a chubby build. She wasn't rude, but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hopefully, management can provide better training or clearer procedures so customers don't have to go through this again.
