I appreciated the question of permission to use designs outside their database for the protection of artists and their copyright, especially with the current climate of AI feeding on stolen artwork. They were timely and provided incredible customer service. When the initial design came back the colours were duller than I expected and they did a second pass to increase vibrancy free of charge. This is a tiny screen-printing operation run by two elderly ladies. You think it would be a…read morepleasant experience, but no. They had put two team logos on my daughter's swimsuits and the logos peeled after the first wearing on both. I took them in and requested that they be repaired, and the lady was fine with that. However, when I asked for a receipt showing I'd dropped off two swimsuits, she got snotty with me and muttered under her breath, "We're NOT going to lose them!". Fine, but what's the big deal? When I went to pick them up today, she handed them to me and asked for the receipt she'd written out. I handed it to her and she jerked it out of my hand, sneered and walked away. I was nothing but pleasant despite the inconvenience and the repair looks good--hopefully it will last. I just don't know why the old lady was so nasty over a receipt. Logos on swimsuits are optional with our team, so I won't be going back. That's an easy way to save $18!
