Went from civil, to violent in the matter of seconds. I turned toe and left. He got offended that I didn't want his business. Had two girls and they quit suddenly. Wonder why? He asked why I came if not to pay, I said to get my items and see why it took so long. He had my items, pictures and email for a month and a half; I went in there and he didn't know any of that and asked for a down payment and the images before I could even be put in the stack. I wanted to be empathetic because he lost employees, but pushing the burden onto the customers is not okay. I urge you to use the many other printing services in Woolley. He argues that he said box, not body bag, but the point is still valid. After telling him that a threat is a threat, he scrolled my page and began insulting me personally. Pretty much called me a nerd and mocked me for being single. Sorry folks but this guy is bonkers.
