We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. I started my own plumbing business 6 months ago and I started working with my family van. When I arrived JOSH welcomed me with a HUGE FRIENDLY SMILE. I briefly explained him what I had in mind, my daughter wanted to use a capybara as the mascot for our design and he immediately gave me 3 options when others basically told me that it wasn't a good idea. He also didn't judge me, instead he helped me out with my daughter's ideas and created my mascot. He took all the time in the world to explain me the process and gave me the best deal possible. Then I meet up with the designer the day after, his name is Mr JUAN ALEMAN. He is an artist and a great human being! He started doing his magic on the computer and took his time to create our logo exactly the way we wanted. After giving me different options and sending me many emails to make sure I was happy 100% then he started printing the wrap. DIEGO is another great guy part of their team, he helped me with my uniforms, always on top of everything and great at communicating with us . THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT, NEAT AND CLEAN ON THEIR SIDE! THIS IS MY 3RD VEHICLE WRAPPED WITH THEM AND I WILL BE THEIR CUSTOMER FOREVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES

We initially inquired about PURPLE or LAVENDER shirts for an event and they told us they were out of purple and lavender so we asked for "lavender blue" which is on the color sheet still purple. When we went to pick up the shirts today we didn't even notice the shirts as ours upon first look breached they are so far off from purple. We were not told ONCE that the "lavender blue" pulled more blue prior to ordering even though our original inquiry was for PURPLE. We reached out to the company to request some sort of discount on the next order and met with a gaslighting, inflexible person named Mike. *the mock up below was the only mock up we ever got* I do not recommend using this company to order shirts if you do not consider yourself a professional color palette connoisseur.

Instead of receiving the services I requested, all of my documents were allegedly shredded, causing me substantial inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. Important documents that I entrusted to this business were destroyed without my authorization or any reasonable opportunity to correct the situation. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly during my interactions with this business. Based on my experience, I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how customers are treated. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs reliable document handling, professional customer service, or respect as a customer.
