This company is a joke! 3 weeks ago I came in to get stickers made and they appear to be nice and very business savvy but do not be fooled. First off "J" sat with me and helped place my order and told me it would be available the next day. I come in a week later and my order is not ready they tell me next Monday again. Ok sure maybe they are busy and didn't have time, no problem. Come by the following week this time greeted by another employee. I tell him how I came in two weeks ago and placed an order and yet I never received it and wanted to pick it up. He had no idea about this and points to a fold up table with other orders on there. Nothing with my stuff. So he takes my information down tells me to try again tomorrow. I come another WEEK LATER!. Here we are three weeks in for 5 stickers! I go in yesterday and what's to my surprise? After they finished their 5 minute convo as they have me waiting in the front. I can hear "J" in the back and I literally see him. S Worst customer service ever. I'm greeted by another employee! I tell him hope for the past few weeks I came in for 5 stickers and was told it be ready for the past 3 mondays. So he goes to check after getting my information and once he realized it was me, crickets..... the employee comes out to tell me it's STILL NOT DONE! Then tells me to wait 30 min. folks were talking about easy stickers. Something he clearly could have made in 5-10 min 3inch in w 8 in L stickers...... at this point I'm pissed for having me drive from Rancho Cucamonga to dino on empty promises. Not only that but shitty customer service. J comes out with a smirk on his face and tells me it's not done and loads me with excuses which I'm not here to hear. Wanted to place another order of work shirts and couldn't get a return call or text because they were to busy heat pressing little league shirt. 2. Call and asked for estimate for magnetic stickers and lady who answered never got back to me. 3. Asked for a quote for a vehicle wrap which they advertise that they do and they had to ask each other while I was on the phone if they do it or not. Seems like they do what they want when it's convenient for them. 4. Today was my last attempt. I asked about embroidering 10 hats and their reply was "minimum is24" no price to do 24, no attempt to upsell me just simply minimum is 24. Beware on sending your designs over! Communication from this print shop haulted after I provided my high resolution artwork. Super unprofessional communication from Jay ("CEO" of the PrintShop SB). We exhanged 6 emails.. he requested my artwork files, which I then provided. After this point I was then ghosted. Jay has not returned 2 of my emails where I was following up to continue and get my designs printed. Either way I will be having my attorney investigate this, as the behavior I encountered from this shop was shady. I was recently informed that print shops that communicate in this manner can be illegally printing artwork. read more

He prints the best quality shirts that hold up wash after wash, and as a mechanic, that saves me money in the long run. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order for a logo on April 2 and was very polite and patient for 2 months I received a demo that did not meet expectations as it was thrown together last minute only because I started to apply the pressure. I decided that I was not completely satisfied with the demo as I have seen previous work done by the designer/s and I wanted the same effort put in so I requested a complete redo. After speaking with Jay and Michael I told them I understood if it took a couple more weeks due to them starting from scratch... Well here we are 2 more months later and still nothing. I have spoken with everyone multiple times only to be told every time it was going to be done "today" or that they are "working on it".... I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks max to receive a proof, I waited until a month later before calling to find out the status and was told that someone would look into it and call me back. Waited a few days and received no call back and decided to go in person. They gave me the run around and basically told me they had forgotten what I wanted done. They told me they would have someone get on it right away and send me a draft/proof the same day or the following day at the latest. Another few days went by and when I received the draft it was something I could have created on canva. I asked them to revise it and was told "forsure". Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything so I decided to call again, they said they would look into it and have someone call me back. No one ever called me back and every time I tried to call after that, they would answer and hang up. Another week later I go into the shop physically to see what is going on and again was told that someone would get back to me but I was tired of getting the same answer and no one knowing what is going on so I asked to speak to management for a refund and the employee got someone on the phone who supposedly was management, she told me she was not going to pull over to check the invoice or find out what was going on and that she would have to get back to me on Monday. These ppl are unprofessional and don't even return calls. No one has even apologized or tried to resolve the issue. I have lost business because I have been waiting on my cards and logo. Never again, and I'll make sure to let all my clients and business owners know not to use this company! read more

If you need something done quick, don't befriend him or he'll keep you waiting like a month or two meanwhile he's still accepting new orders so it makes no sense. Quality is good and all but when I needed my tablecloth for an event, I was left without one and despite that, I gave him another chance with my labels and there we go again...lesson learned. I placed (3/20, with completion on 4/2) an order to have my business cards done with Jay Ramos(the owner of Printshop SB). Jay said that it would take 2 weeks to get the work done, because he was very busy. He said that the first week he would email me samples of the designs; so, we could do the needed revisions and I agreed to the time frame. The first week(3/27) went by and no designs or updates from Jay. I called his office two times and the first associate said that it was in production and Jay would email me designs; he never sent anything to me. I texted Jay several times and he never responded to my text nor gave me an update. The second time that I called, the front desk associate said that he was at lunch and he would call me back, they never called me or emailed any designs of my business cards. Basically, what it came down to Jay never started my business cards. Finally, I called the shop today and Jay answered, sounded surprised that it was me. He proceeded to tell me that it was unrealistic for me to expect updates; basically, that he was too busy to provide any updates. Then he proceeded to tell me that he had a remodel going on in his office and had other customer to take care of. WOW!!! I was shocked to hear this business owner say this; last I checked, I paid him in full and I too was a paying customer. Nice guy with atrocious businessman with terrible customer skills. It was extremely disappointing to try to do business with him. We cancelled my order and two days before job should have been completed Jay never sent me any designs and made me feel that my business didn't matter to him.
