I thought I would give them a try with their "new patient" offer. This is a boiler room dentist. Exrays taken and then they tell me I need all these crowns, fillings, root canals. Then they send in the payment plan person. Nope. Get out. I want my teeth cleaned. Finally, 1.5 hours later I leave with a very poor cleaning. If I truly needed any of these things done, my friend would have told me before she retired. Be wary.

After having mixed feelings about our old clinic (with good reason!), it feels great to find a dentist who will not recommend dental work that we don't need. Adelmann Dentistry is not nearby our home or work; I'm sure we passed dozens of dentists on our way to get there, but my only regret is not going to them sooner! My husband and I both had a great experience. Anne was my husband's hygienist and she was great! I had Jean, who is easily the most thorough and friendly hygienist I have ever had. Both Dr. Adelmann and Dr. Kokkinen were trustworthy, professional, and kind. Everyone we interacted with seemed happy that we were there and genuinely cared about us having a good experience. They gave me different options with recommendations, and they did what I ultimately chose. From my experience, these guys show that they know and value the importance of customer happiness and loyalty, so if the other review is accurate, they certainly learned from it and are much better now.
