My windows hadn't been washed in a couple of years and they needed cleaning badly! When my neighbor suggested Fish, I called them up and got on their schedule. Their process is simple. Someone will come out to give you and estimate. That estimate will come within a day or two on line and you can accept it on line. If you do- someone will call you back to schedule. Super easy. Their window cleaner extrodinaire, Dennis, showed up on time, walked with me through my house so I could point out some of the tougher windows (grates on outside or window treatments that didn't move) and then I left Dennis to work his magic. And he definitely worked it. I had him do inside and out and the windows were spotless! He even did a walk around afterward to make sure I was pleased and touched up a couple of spots that were missed or just needed a little extra help. Definitely worth the money and I rarely say that after a service call. All in all- a great experience and I will definitely be calling them again the next time the jewels of my home have dulled!
