I'll start by saying I should of tried a chiropractor a lot sooner then the 5 months I waited. I chose to see Dr. Sobel when the orthopedist advised I should see a chiropractor. A simple text message, later I was provided with Dr. Sobel's information. Today was my first visit and and I have got to say couldn't of found a better Dr with such great staff. I Had pain radiating from my shoulder down my right arm on a constant basis. It was super uncomfortable and painful. After the first session with of an adjustment with some electro therapy, the pain has started to subside. I will admit I was skeptical at first going to a chiropractor. I was going for physical therapy 2-3 times per week and seeing an orthopedist with no results, so I tried Dr. Sobel out of sheer frustration because nothing seemed to be helping. I have been going to Dr. Sobel for approximately 3 months, first twice a week and now three times a week. I have seen a major improvement in how I am feeling. My neck & lower back are much better. I can walk more, and I overall feel much better. This is just through adjustments and laser and electromagnetic therapy( I think it's called). No pain killers, no endless Advil's & Aleves. I have always been very hesitant about seeing a Chiropractor, however since I met Dr.Sobel, I am a true believer in him and his staff. Dr. Sobel and his team are one of a kind. From the moment you walk in you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Great staff, very friendly and lovely. Patient with you if you are not good with appointments. They basically made this miserable journey so much easier. I did my treatment during the pandemic, the office was super clean, everyone was following the CDC guidelines and never too many people in the same room. I walked into Dr. Sobel's office with a pain level of 10 and after 2 treatments, my pain level went down to 1. He has great bedside manner and educated me on proper back care and exercises.
