I have been going to Wasserman for about 3 years now. I work behind a screen and often get tension headache, neck and back pain. When Dr. Wasserman retired, I was worried about what would happen, but I really had nothing to worry about! Dr. K took over and the services continue to be amazing! Dr. K has managed to provide me with high quality chiropractic care and over time my headaches and pain have substantially decreased- sessions start with him asking me about my pain/discomfort, then he created a service plan, and then does the cracking. I am on cloud 9! I love the bonus 10-15 minute massage afterwards too. A few months ago I had Deni, who was incredible. He got out my tension and aches- and he is soooo nice. Wasserman Chiro also offers 1 hour massages and I was absolutely delighted when Dani gave me an hour long massage. Pure bliss! I feel great and I would highly recommend it! p.s. the front office desk people are so kind and lovely- they're super responsive via phone and text which makes scheduling a breeze. Very clean office. The office staff is so nice and accommodating. The chiropractic doctors are excellent. Dr. K and Dr. Schwartz are so nice and take their time with patients. Currently, I'm getting treated for Achilles tendonitis. I was suffering with this pain for a year and a half. Finally, I came to the office and I am slowly getting better. If I would've gotten help sooner, I would be on maintenance right now. After I get my Graston therapy, My back, neck, and hips are adjusted. The adjustment lasts for a long time. With other doctors, it only lasts a few days at most. I always leave the office feeling great. read more

I have been going to Dr. Wasserman for many years now. His office has helped me each visit. The staff was very professional. My question is: My insurance pays the total amount of each bill. I am also being billed an extra $20 for each decompression visit even though my insurance paid. Well, I did pay these $20 charges by credit card for each visit, but now I received a bill for $120 balance, which was paid by my card. What's up! read more

I went as a new patient recently after careful consideration - reviews were good and they took my insurance so I said go for it. I met Dr Wasserman and he was nice and did my first adjustment. I enjoyed my massage to loosen my muscles . I went because of neck pain. I was nervous but Dr W did well. Only thing I struggle with is cost per visit I wish I could go more often but it's not in my budget right now. read more

AMAZING OFFICE, STAFF AND TREATMENT! I came to Dr. Wasserman after months of repeated black flare ups from a childhood injury. I suffered from severe sciatic nerve pain and muscle stiffness. I was barely able to walk or sleep. Dr. Wasserman created a treatment plan of massage therapy followed by decompression. After just two treatments I began to see significant improvement. I've now been going to the office for three weeks and my quality of life has drastically improved. I'm sleeping better, I have more mobility and I'm energized. No doubt, he is the best doctor in Coral Springs, FL. I was there last time in 2015 for my neck pain, he treated me really well and explained me about the problem. I was happy with the doctor and the therapists for the care. The reason i gave less stars is for the front staff members, In 2016 I got a severe back injury and the first thing I did is, I called Dr. Wasserman's office. The staff asked my name and immediately started talking rude that I have to pay the fees from my last visit in 2015. I explained them that, why did not they charge me when I came there for my second visit and suddenly after 8 - 9 months they are asking me money. They told me that a letter is sent at my old address, and I explained that I moved already from there. The staff told me that, if I want to see a doctor I have to first pay this amount. read more

I received a call about a bill from here from 2017. The man, Hale or whatever his name was rude and disrespectful and condescending to me over a bill that is 2 years old. I don't think it's right that a patient should be treated with such disrespect over an alleged $170 bill and be told he is sending me to collections when this is the first I'm hearing about this. If I were a patient that did not care, then I would have never called back. Moving forward, I will never EVER go back to this chiropractor if who they hire treats their patients like this. My insurance paid a whole lot more money than a $170 bill that I would have been happy to make payment arrangements but even THAT was not offered. Disgusting treatment of a patient. I'd rather pay a collection agency if that is what I need to do than deal with him again. I will tell everyone about my experience. read more

I came here a year ago needing an alignment and was offered a deal (since I didn't have insurance) that also included an X-ray. I paid for the deal, but the doctor did not give me the X-ray, saying I was young and didn't need it. These people are greedy and lazy. Worst experience of my life! read more
