Heare from Kendal today, Monday, 7/28/25, and he was over within one half hour. Great guy, reset my combination, was thorough in checking and making sure the mechanicals were good, showed me some things to do, not duo, and was done in a very timely manner. My safe now locks, unlocks and relocks with zero issues and should be good for several more years. Overall, really happy with this company. Timely, very polite, personable and capable. 5/5 for me.

Now four months later we find out they are STILL billing us for an account we called to close back in July. The woman even checked the old account and saw that we had called in July to disconnect ! Convenient that they "forgot to disconnect service." it took over 40 minutes on the phone with some guy who barely spoke English and he said he disconnected the old account now and will refund us the four cycles of billing.

He also helped me with the setup for the apps on my phone to where I can view the live feeds when I'm not here and that was amazing.
