The receptionist got me in within a couple days, which was a blessing. It was easy to find, close to Walmart, on the same side of the road, near the car wash by Walmart. The signage was easy to see, and it's a one level brick. Parking was plenty and easy, which is nice, considering some patients may have difficulty walking, or may be coming in with potential breaks, fractures, or sprains. There's plenty of handicap parking, as well. The staff is great, very nice, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. The office was clean, and smelled great, like a clean/sanitized medical facility should. My doctor was wonderful, Dr. Seyal. She was friendly, very attentive, thorough, answered my questions, addressed all concerns, and had perfect bedside manner. Her nurse was sweet as pie, a treasure of a soul in a medical practice. I went on a Friday and it was extremely quiet. The front desk was closed (meaning - light out); however, the phlebotomist immediately came out from the back office when we entered. She appeared so quickly that I didn't have time to sit down after signing in - cool! Apparently she was wearing dual hats on this very slow day. The phlebotomists was very friendly and fast, even for someone like myself who is literally afraid of a needle stick / pinch. They don't transact payments; therefore, billing preference from either Quest or Baptist Health Floyd will be asked. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Fast, painless, and friendly service. They will continue to be my go-to.

It would've been nice to have a heads up what I was going to experience, and maybe ask if I was okay with it. For me, it was absolutely horrible. This wouldn't be for everyone. I left there in tears, feeling like that poor child whose screams from outside continued, as they dragged her kicking and screaming into the building to her appointment. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The front desk staff lacked friendliness. I felt more like a burden. Dr. K's nurse was nice, very chatty, but nice. She said some things in regard to my medical information that made me feel scared. That was poor judgment on her part. Checking out wasn't any better than checking in. Dr. Siepel is great!! My husband saw him for some problems he was having sleeping. Of course I was…read morethere every step of the way. He scheduled my husband for a sleep study as he thought he had sleep apnea. My husband was able to get in for the sleep study within a weeks time and had the results with a couple weeks. It did not turn out to be sleep apnea, but Dr. Siepel was able to diagnose the problem and get my husband put on medication to help him with the issue. Both times we visited Dr. Siepel's office, we were in and out within a half an hour, wait time included (why can't more doctors run their offices like this?). Dr. Siepel is also hilarious!! Pay attention to what he say because he has that dry sense of humor where you will not even catch the joke unless you're listening closely. I did not stop laughing the entire time I was in there. His sense of humor took an extremely scary, stressful situation and added some light heartedness to it. Thank you Dr. Joseph Siepel!
