I was so surprised that 1) she didn't come out to the waiting room where I was and 2) Had me walk to her and stand in her doorway to watch her self groom It was so unprofessional and made me feel as though i was interrupting her empty tanning salon. Anyways, her mgr went on to inform me of the same thing I was told previously, but in a less friendly tone of course. She began to share where she receives her product, and then began to question where I used to tan and tested my knowledge of bulbs. Terry was very detailed and explained all the steps that she was taking to apply the Protein treatment and what I need to do to take care of my hair after the treatment. However she had told me for a balayage would be $250 which I did not want. And ended up charging the $300 (which was $50 extra) for the balayage and not the price she had said prior to coming into my appointment and walked out with a balayage hair and terribly haircut.
