They did nothing I asked them to do, and instead did a whole bunch of work that didn't need to be done, and of course said I had an oil leak (which I did not). They sent me a text saying that they didn't replace my tires or do an alignment. But when I called, they swore up and down they did an alignment - which they didn't, I had to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. They quoted me $540, then when I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me almost $800, they couldn't find my keys, and could barely remember which car was mine. They didn't disclose the work they would be doing before they did it, and charged me for it anyways. Now I'm having to take it somewhere else to ACTUALLY get it serviced. A total scam, plus they were rude. Their story kept changing as well, so they were definitely lying to me.

The Honda dealership was going to charge me over $200 for the service, so I chose to try Cillis because they were part of the Costco Auto program. It was my first time there and I did not have my credit card with me. I called to get a price for the service and asked if I could pay with Apple Pay. They said yes. The car was done within the 30 minutes I was told. When I went to pay, I was handed my key. I asked about paying the bill and I was told there was no charge. I had to ask again to make sure. I went home with a working headlight and a big smile. I would call that a Christmas miracle. Thank you very much to Kevin and the staff at Cillis Car Care. It was a great first experience and could not have come at a better time. They were not aware, but I recently had a heart attack and am recovering from a triple bypass.
