Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.
