Called Troy & Sons to repair a leak in a bathroom sink…read more We'd had purchased a new faucet, thinking it might be the problem, so they could replace it. Turns out not a problem with the faucet just a simple resealing of the sink to the vanity. They also made sure all the fittings were properly tightened. They solved the problem and made much less than they would have for replacing the faucet. Honest, observant and professional - can't ask for more.

Mother's Day, no less. I contacted Troy and Sons through their website. Got an answer within a half-hour. Their tech was at my house the next day and had it fixed before lunch; I think it was a total of 15 hours between the time I emailed and the time my problem was fixed. What's more, they did all this working around my family having a scheduled medical procedure for that day; Troy and his staff were in constant communication with me and handled everything beautifully. Pricing was a dream. More than fair, as quoted, terrific. Pipe is working great. Other than the new part, I can't even tell that they were there; no mess at job site at all. Really impressed with these guys. They do good work, they communicate clearly, they charge very reasonably, they just give off that "good people" vibe, you know? After dealing with several chains and "big box" plumbers, it was wonderful to find this small business with that great personal and professional touch.
